My husband and I dread coming here. They lack customer service skills. For some people its just so hard to be nice even when being paid. No I eye contact. No smiles. Its which arm and okay youre done.

The brown headed lady with a lump on her forhead is rude! I never look forward to her drawing my blood. I wonder why she ever became a phlebotomost. She seems to hate her job and people.
