Recommend on Facebook! It was a Friday emergency. I had dropped my phone and the screen was all weird and cracked with lines, I walk in and they knew exactly what it needed and had it done in less than an hour!!! I came back with other phone that needed a battery! Less than an hour again! They are amazing I love this place! And prices are very good and fair for the work they do.

I have used Madewll twice to repair a phone. The 1st time thing went ok for the most part. This week's visits did not go well. First I was quoted a higher price ($100 higher) from a few months ago. But ok that's how life goes. Turns out they made a mistake and order the wrong screen. So after we learned this i asked if it changes the price. Was told he was unsure, that this screen is cheaper but he can't answer, he will find out. We go in to pick up the phone and are told that we got the premium screen and the and the price is just as much as the original screen that they mistakenly bought. We asked to see the invoice and was told no.
Turns out, this is a very shady company. Do not trust them, and I definitely do not recommend them. There is no such thing as a premium screen that lie...

I called to see if they could fix my daughters screen, since it was no longer allowing touch & the gentleman helped me fix it over the phone. I'm so thankful.

I took my phone in to get my camera lens replaced because they looked cracked. I left my phone and literally drove about 5 minutes away before they were contacting me, letting me know it was just the screen protector and my phone was just fine. Someone less trustworthy would've just replaced it and charged me, and I would've never known. I appreciate their honesty and integrity. We've used Madewell for years and I will always be a loyal customer. Great hometown service, great prices, honest practices.

Do NOT put your trust into Madewell Cellular Repair. We took in our full functioning ipad for a cracked screen. We were told no problem we have a screen instore today and it will be ready the next business day. This transaction happened in December of last year. I didnt receive a follow up call about ipad so I called and was told it will now not turn on. They said needs a sensor and they will have part ordered and arrive mid January. I can take the non functioning ipad home and keep it till part comes in. Knowing how bad it already is for a follow up call. I told them to keep it and repair when part arrived and let me know when its ready. January comes still not fixed. February is here, I call and the person who answers didnt even know the ipad was in the store to be repaired. The employee who has reassured me multiple times it’s repairable is no longer with the company (he was not the problem). The person who received my call that day confirms its going to be repaired, but needs to be shipped to another location. Its now march and I continue to have to call to follow up and now ipad is ready, but it is still completely unusable.Terrible experience, I asked for the companies owner information just to be told the lady I was speaking with on the phone was the owner. The only explanation I was given is we tried, we’re out money, and “I chose to take the chance” for them to repair the screen. Make a smarter choice than I did.

They don't know what they're doing. Took two weeks to get a phone "fixed." I understand ordering parts. What I don't understand is why they say "We'll call you when it's done." Never do. Then I call and some little boy is the rudest person I've ever spoken to. Tells me it's done and I get the phone back and it's in worse shape than when I left it. Never again.

Worker had too much going on when I asked about my ipad. It was supposed to been done 2 days prior. I think he was high every time I went in there. I had to return it because the buttons stopped working when it worked fine before. They called saying that they had no info on my ipad and the employee was no longer available. Had no issues on prior repairs.

He has terrible service has an attitude and doesn’t take very good care of customers electronics and when he does mess up a customers property he has an attitude and tells you that he didn’t mess it up and that your phone has nothing wrong with it
