“Store Manager Doug did an amazing job assisting us with our project! I sent him a picture of what we were building, and he put together a complete list of all the materials we needed. When we arrived, everything was ready to go—they loaded the trailer, and we were on our way in no time!
Doug was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He was even assisting other customers at the same time while making sure we had everything we needed. Talk about a true multitasker!
We really appreciate the time and effort Doug put into helping us. Excellent customer service from start to finish! He definitely deserves recognition for going above and beyond.”
