“My wife, daughter and I needed to get our passports for some international travel. We've never had one, so we didn't quite know what to expect. We scheduled a time at 10 AM on Saturday, showed up with everything printed out and all our official documentation. We walked right up to the counter and we were asked if we were there for the Passport application. Jason, the GOAT of USPS Muskogee helped us out. He found errors on one of our applications and helped us fix it, and was patient to explain to my wife that her official documents would come back to her from the State Department once approved. Seriously - the USPS needs 100x more Jasons in this world. Friendly, courteous, and knew his stuff.
