“Jimmy and his team are beyond amazing. We broke down on the road and called somewhere else first and they couldn’t come out til the afternoon. We called Jimmy and he said “I’ll be right there” and within 30 minutes he was onsite diagnosing. We had to be towed and the gentleman from their business who came was the utmost professional and so careful with our rig. Once back at the shop, they let us plug into their 50amp so our food wouldn’t spoil in the trailer and when their plug wouldn’t work they went to Lowes to get another 50 amp breaker. And they let us hook up to water and even said if it can’t be repaired til tomorrow you guys can just camp here. My heart was seriously touched by their kindness and going over and above for us Texans. Truck was fixed and even though they still offered for us to stay, we are back on the road. Everyone we came into contact with at this repair shop was kind and professional. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CALLING THEM. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!”

“Everyone was polite, while I left my car for service I went to breakfast. My car was finished when I returned and even with the coupons for Kyle Edwards GMC service and tire rotation it was still a little on the high side. I do like my GMC but was surprised that they do not give off anything for SENIOR or MILITARY discount. I do recommend the dealership if you are looking for a car. No pressure and look for Allen Jackson.”
