“It took a month for my car to get into the shop. It was recommended from a friend that I use this shop. It took two months for my car to get done, issues with insurance and things not being quite done whenever I picked it up the first time. The mechanic was the biggest issue very disrespectful and did not show any integrity whatsoever in his work. My front bumper was put back on, but yet my fog lights were not hooked up, so I can’t actually use them even though they are there. There are electronics and hardware that was put back in my door that was not new and doesn’t look new and upon picking up my vehicle was not vacuumed at all, even though when I dropped it off, I was told from the manager that they did detailing while they had all their vehicles in the shop to the point where people come back and get their vehicle detailed by them. I don’t expect someone to detail my vehicle when they are a mechanic, but when you tell me that you do it and it’s not done it just makes me think that you’re lying to me. I wasn’t out any money from the shop so that was a good thing. I didn’t actually pay them. My insurance company did, but the insurance company of the person who hit me had really bad like Rental program and I couldn’t get a rental car so I had to borrow a vehicle that entire time it just was really inconvenient Not ideal for winter and having two kids just giving you a heads up on what you’re going to be dealing with don’t expect it to be and above the top shop.”
“Steve was very nice. They did a wonderful job with my repairs, you can't tell a deer was ever involved. I would definitely use them again although I hope I don't ever need to.”
“Well, we got our truck back. August 7th, Friday, 2026I found out that they couldn't get the parts from the Dodge. They had the way. Because they didn't release the parts yet and it took a while. We still have some molding that has to be put on. But they delivered, that's the truck on Friday. And they did an extraordinary job day one above and beyond us, happy. The work is fantastic. We just gotta wait for 2 pieces of molding, and that hasn't been released yet, they took care of us say, we're good to us, they did all they could, to really help us, I would definitely recommend them to any Daddy, the truck came up picture perfect, just like it was a biometric truck Tristan the one at the counter was awesome. He made it right, he took care of us, and they did a gorgeous job, I would hardly recommend, and I would definitely go back to him. They were wonderful. The management team, all of them were great. Thank you guys for taking care of us.”

“I’ve been researching different model cars for a month. I had 4 different models I wanted to drive..one was an Armada. Nissan of Muskogee had the exact one I wanted. Since it was my first of my researched cars to drive, I had no plans to purchase the car that day. My husband and I drove about 45 min to Muskogee. I had called before to make sure the car was still available and Cody answered the phone. He had the car ready and pulled up to the front when we got there. He explained so much about the car before I test drove it. As I was driving, I decided the Armada was the car I wanted….Cody was so professional and fun to deal with. “My God son was having trouble starting his car. I jumped it. Went to O'Reilly and had battery checked. It tested ok and good. I didnt have the wrench to untighten nut to battery cable to clean off some corrosion. The employee helped me with that at the store. Very helpful and friendly staff there. Got my God son back on the road. Very thankful.”

“A-1 auto does an awesome job on my Durango and my Honda Odyssey. They made sure I had a dependable ride that wouldn't leave me stranded. Not like the mechanic on E. Okmogee behind an old pink brick building who kept both my batteries to both vehicles and still ain't replaced the one to my Durango so I had to tow it off. A -1 Auto is the best in town.”
