I took my Nissan Titan diesel to the service department to have a couple issues addressed. A week later they call and say it’s ready to be picked up and good to go. Paid $721 and the check engine light was still on and absolutely no improvement in performance. They didn’t even have the courtesy to tell me they were unable to fix the issue. I took it straight back and they told me the technician couldn’t get the check engine light to go off and that I would need to take it to Tulsa to a Nissan dealer. I called and spoke to the service manager Caleb and was only offered an oil change in return. Said that is with $200 to $250, I hope that is not what they charge because I pay $90 at oil express. They can keep their oil change. I will never take a vehicle there again. I definitely do not recommend their service department.

Had my vehicle dropped off here after an accident, they were supposed to work with me and my insurance agents to make sure I got all my belongings out of the vehicle before it left their lot. With plenty of communication from both my agent and I stating that I would be in to clean out my vehicle and not to tow the vehicle before 2pm, the dealership failed to hold up their end and my vehicle and belongings weren't on the lot as of 1pm with no notice to me that it was gone or that I should come earlier to get my things. I was going to try and use them to find a new vehicle since that one was totalled, but not if this is how they treat customers.

My husband and I had a great experience here. Ryan, our salesman, was very nice. He let me test drive several vehicles and did not pressure me. He did everything he could to make sure we got the perfect car for us. Everyone was great!!

I've purchased two vehicles from them and from now on I'll never buy from anyone else! Ryan was and will always be my salesman the next time I need another vehicle. We did 90 percent of both purchases via text messages and emails and each time I went to pick up my vehicles the transactions were hassle free and they are pretty quick with the paperwork. Took my jeep renegade in to get transmission checked out and a rattle I was told my swaybar links were bad and was charged 150 dollars for diagnosis and 400 dollars to replace when I asked about the transmission I was told it wasn't was out of warranty and it's not covered under power train when I have a 100000 mile warranty

The worst service experience I have ever had! They have had my 2005 dodge almost a year and even after NOT fixing it I have an over 400$ bill! They won’t release my truck until paid in full. No arrangement options

Appt. on Friday @ 11:30 for a full diagnostic for my truck stalling and engine light. Got there and they sd there was no appt. written down. Made appt for Mon and left truck. Mon end of business, two of 3 recalls fixed, ordered parts for the third. They sd engine light was off and truck never stalled. Unlikely since it stalls with every drive or idle and the light has never turned off. Actually it turned on 15 minutes into the drive. Coincidence? It stalled in the driveway as well.

Truck spent 6 months getting fuel pump repaired under warranty and then they decided I needed a new battery and charged me for it no rental car either do not go there

I have had the best experience with this dealership! They have made sure to follow everything I said down to a T. Also the service department did an awesome job detailing my car!
