Sophia (or Sophi) did a nice job of perking up my hairstyle. I was overdue for a cut, and she did a good job for me once again! Used a razor, which I think usually results in a better cut for me.

I had an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience at this Ulta. I arrived for my ear piercing appointment and waited over 20 minutes past my scheduled time. When it was finally my turn, the woman pierced my ear before I even signed the required waiver — which is not only unprofessional but a legal liability for the store. At checkout, Baley told me I couldn’t use my gift card because it was a 3rd party card, despite the fact that it clearly has Ulta printed on it. She also made a rude comment about me having it, which was completely unnecessary. Between the waiver issue and the poor customer service, I left feeling upset, disrespected, and completely dissatisfied.

Crystal H did my daughter’s hair today and did incredible I highly recommend her. She is very good at her job. She showed her a picture and literally did the exact hairstyle, and very kind and she did her eyebrows, chin, and upper lip. Brows look amazing!

Had an awesome experience here over the weekend!! I told Niara what I wanted in a foundation and what I hated about the one I was currently wearing and she found me the PERFECT product 😭😭 it lasted all day and did exactly what I needed! And the color match was perfect 🥺❤️❤️ SO THANKFUL for her!!

I was informed at the checkout that I cannot make returns without signing up. I have visited numerous Ultas, and I found this to be disappointing, especially considering that the return policy is clearly stated on the back of the receipt.

I recommend Ulta in Muskogee for reasons 1. The service is remarkably on key when it comes to their product knowledge. You can get a lot of these beauty items at other stores, but know that you can ask the store clerks and floor help for about anything: types of hair, fragrances, skin, or even product allergies you may have.. you get an idea. I'm not saying they are able to provide medical info. But they can always tell you if you don't like the product, you can bring it back -with receipt! My daughter and I have had no worries browsing here and buying. The store is stocked with both big name brands, Ulta brands, and their posh brands... aka Prestige brands. Just pay close attention to what side of the store is divided into what is what when it comes to the prestige and regular store brands... because your coupon will tell you FYI. Coupons and the store discounts will not always include prestige brands.. this confuses many. One thing is, I just wish this store carried the Chanel perfume, "Mademoiselle." Other stores other than Muskogee carry it. There is one manager on duty here who we know is very helpful and pleasant to talk to. Kudos to her and I hope she doesn't leave. Have a great time shopping!!
