UPS is trash and can't do their job. They need to get out of the shipping business. I always have trouble with UPS getting my package to me. Yes I always use USPS or fed ex when I have the option but some places , for whatever reason , only use UPS for their shipping needs. Their online customer service is nonexistent. I wish they would just shut down because they basically serve no purpose and have no idea how to vet drivers or do any other aspect of their job. Automated response below.?

I’ve got over $200 worth of clothes floating around somewhere in Checotah that said it was delivered to my front door. But it’s nowhere to be found.

For the most part they are doing great but I'm human so even the customer can make a mistake with giving the driver the wrong package that being said, wish they either gave the local warehouse number to the customer on the label slip,on the app, or when u make the return package, in the yellow pages, Google search I mean I looked everywhere for it

We have a driver with a million dollar personality! She’s the best and does whatever it takes to get your packages to you. Always puts them where dogs can’t get to them. Has treats for your dog so they won’t follow her or get ran over. Words just can’t say how valuable your employee Denyfa Windrix is to the Muskogee, OK store!!

I am so grateful that I am able to ship packages through UPS here in Muskogee. I appreciate that they open from 4:30 to 6:30. I ship mercari items that can only be shipped via UPS. The front desk guy is the BEST! He knows his stuff! He is always on top of everything! He never acts overwhelmed from all the stuff that he has to work on! He is super nice to me & other customers that are in there when I am. Sometimes there are 8-10 people with packages all at the same time! He is CALM, COOL & COLLECTIVE!!! I would be nuts doing what he does! So thank you for being in this town and EXTRA “THANK YOU” to the man up front!!! Awesome job!!!

I sent a high-value item to myself from California and magically it can’t be delivered. Then they give you 5 days between the hours of 4:30 pm-6:30pm to pick up your item or it gets returned. You guys mess up and the customer pays. What customer service center is open for 2 hours per day? That seems like an easy way for employees to identify and steal high-value items and say it “got lost” or the “customer didn’t come to pick it up.” Some people are disabled or immobile.

I live in the small town of Braggs Ok and our local ups drivers are soooo lazy they leave packages any and everywhere!!! They leave big bags with lots of packages in it setting in the open floor at our post office!! Or just outside the door at the school!!! Come on UPS get it right!!

I have had 1 package stuck at this office for over 2 weeks. I now have 2 more stuck in this “black hole” they call an office . I call everyday and they say it is out for deliever but never shows up . Unbelievable

If I could give a zero star I would. These people can't find an adress to save their lives. I think they don't try. I think the delivery drivers are at some friends house goofing off and saying they can't find the address that they have delivered to just a few days ago. I live in a small town with a population of about 100 people. Probably less than 40 houses and with that and an address sign at the end of my driveway their lazy drivers say it's undeliverable because they can't find the address. When I order from Amazon I will inform them not to send mine by ups.

They were 15 mins. late opening the store. A huge line of people were waiting outside. Once it was finally my turn, they tell me they can't print labels off of QR codes. Won't being using this store again.

If I could give them less than 0 I would. Drivers in my area file false exceptions as to why packages are not delivered! Should have received my overnight package on Friday. Driver reported it couldn’t be delivered due to “incorrect address”. This is untrue as the address on the package is correct. Tried several times on Sat to get help from customer service to no avail. Customer Service (even Supervisors) are in the Philippines! Muskogee location is closed and no one can explain why I didn’t receive my delivery and no idea when I will receive it?

They delivered one package to my house but said they couldn't find the address for the 2nd one. Same address. Its been 4days and they keep saying someone from the muskogee office will call and they never do. They stole my package.

Do not trust this company. They will lose your package when it crosses through their facility. I even paid extra for them to hold my package at their facility and they still lost it. Driver never checked in my package after it went out. Unprofessional and unreliable!

Was supposed to get an important letter delivered to the UPS store In tahlequah from the Muskogee UPS center. Never showed up. Customer service can’t give me any info on where it is or what happened. This company is so unreliable.

I have to give one star due to not knowing their own regulations. And causing me to be late on my delivery. For no reason.I used less than 1/2 lb of dry ice in my package and was sent away saying I have to be permitted ( like a business) to do so.I called ups and spoke to them, they said there's no regulation for dry ice up to 5lbs .I looked up there website regulations on shipping dry ice,This is ups website today.For non-medical, non-hazardous U.S. domestic air packages with 2.5 kg (5.5 pounds) or less of dry ice (prepared under 49 CFR):No Hazardous Material Agreement is required.No Hazardous Material Shipping Papers required.No acceptance audit is performed, and no hazardous material accessorial charges will be applied.Process through the most current version of WorldShip or compliant software.Mark the outer carton with:The words "Dry Ice" or "Carbon Dioxide, Solid."A description of the non-hazardous contents (e.g. food, meat).The amount of the dry ice contained in the package (or a statement that there is 2.5 kg [5.5 pounds] or less in the package).No other paperwork is required for these packages.Dude acted like he knew everything, quite an ego to be honest. The key keeper. I'll just go to BA from now on.They didn't grill me and had no issue with the dry ice.Wierd situation that took 10 minutes to tell me no dry ice and made everyone wait. When in fact he was incorrect.
