Just be careful. They ask for SS # , they give u a wonderful deals. Then one of the 2 phone was broken, internet never worked.
They asked for payment of connection and one payment in advance. With you 2 free phones.
We pay for phones protectors. One day after one phone never works.
We return to the branch they give us a nother phone which wasn't in promotion cuz they didn't has extra phone in promotion, a week after we return both phones and internet box.
They got money from our bank. And they keep asking for extra payments after we return everything to them. And now my husband is in colección..
They asking for more money even do. We just had services for one week and returned everything.
No reliable services, extra hiding fees. No wonder that the first question was SS#.
Trash services , management dont6fix nothing by phone. They just pass the ball each other. Don't trust US phone business.

Horrible customer service. Purchased a new phone and internet router/setup . Router quit working in a month the store nor the manufacturer will honor warranty or replace device. S the phone is also useless. Bill has been triple what it was quoted for three months, and I get no help. Don't get roped into service with these folks. Stuck with 800 bucks worth of fees for items they won't stand behind

Actually no stars. We've been billed for 90 days, we've had 56 days of service. None of our bills have been correct. They told us our due date would be in the middle of the month. Then it wasn't. They said "no problem we can fix it." Never said anything about a fee or anything about being double billed. Now they want us to pay for a month ahead. This is the dumbest.

They lie about everything to get a sale. I was told the was an error and I was double billed, then they came back and said it's standard to bill you 90 days for 56 days of service.The trainee was laughing when I came in upset about getting double billed. I was told it would be handled only to get a call and the same information, nothing changed. What a waste is time. Then they were saying they can't cancel a cancelation that I didn't request, (Lisa in billing said Aaron the assistant store manage did request cancelation), but supposedly that's fixed....I guess we will see June 27th. Terrible experience so far.

I got my first bill and it was for almost 800.00. I called US cellular and the representative for US cellular was extremely rude and degrading!! I was told in the store to call in after they have had time to process my account and they could waive the activation fees and this representative refused. I feel lied to and trapped with a dishonest company! I asked to be transferred to a manager and the representative (Wayne ) refused and said he was going to transfer me to another representative and disconnected the call. I am so disappointed!!!!

I been with US cellular for almost 4 years and the only thing good about them is I have service most places. But I just upgraded my phone and my bill went from $110 to almost $210 a month. Now I have hardly any service anywhere, and I’m pretty much paying a truck payment for a phone.
