I was over charged .I called store.I was kept on hold for twenties minutes and switched around to 4 different people I was told to bring receipt. I brought receipt .I was then told to go back and get item. I explained my disability and that I was walking it concerned them none this where I get my meds from,so i was a little frustrated about this by they way they handled the whole thing they brought it to the attention of the whole store and then waited till I came back on a whole different visit and told me I wasent allowed in store and called police I was amazed at the oversized lady telling me loudly get out get out when I was already leaving she made a seen that was u necessary very unprofessional. They have no respect for the black human race just the beginning the whites are in a uproar like when police killing are young black men I believe there on there way again.watch out mypeople.

It's always a pleasant experience here they say hello when you walk in the door. The pharmacy is great never have wait more than 14 min for a prescription. The line is never long at check out and they have a rewards program to save you money. Walgreens is my go to pharmacy!

I went to here to get prescription filled after getting hurt while camping. They filled prescription as soon as they could and got me on my way.

The manager Donald was very kind but the employee Claudia was VERY rude. I understand if they couldn’t help me with my return but there was no reason for her to be snarky to me when I was being nothing but kind. I was confused and explaining what happened in my situation and she all but called me a liar. She said that we asked for something that we didn’t to try to save her butt with the manager. If you messed up, own up to it and deal with the consequences (which wouldn’t have been big anyways-this wouldn’t have been her fault at all, it was another worker).Thank you Donald for trying your best to help me. You are greatly appreciated.

I only come here because they’re a FedEx drop-off / pick-up location. I brought a box to be shipped and they found it in their system, but they didn’t want to take it because they were unsure what to do with it. It seems like these places don’t want to bother with FedEx items. I wish I didn’t have to deal with FedEx either, but it wasn’t my choice to use them.

The staff at this Walgreens has always treated me as though I am their only customer despite being a new customer since I’ve only been in Oklahoma for about two months. They fill my son’s lifesaving prescriptions as soon as they receive them from his healthcare provider.I am eternally grateful to the pharmacist and his techs for the exceptional customer service they provide.

My son is disabled so he needs medications every night. I called his PEDIATRICIAN asking why this pharmacy didn't have his meds ready. The PEDIATRICIAN'S office called & they told me they did have his medicine ready for pickup so I go only to be told by some LADY in the pharmacy window that she can put a order for it but it won't be ready till tomorrow morning. Keep in mind my son's disabled he NEEDS HIS MEDS FOR BEDTIME. HE IS ONLY A CHILD. SO UPSETTING. Even tho the PEDIATRICIAN'S office told me they should be able to give me his meds no problem. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS LOCATION. NOT PUTTING CHILDREN'S HEALTH 1ST.

Can’t not believe the nerve of this store. We did an online pickup of 6 items. Some were over the counter medicines that are very similar. Infants this, childrens that. My husband goes and picks up our order and comes home. When I get up to give out the kids medicine we’re missing two items that we paid for.I called and spoke with 3 different people before getting to the manager. I explain my situation and the old woman who bagged it said she scanned the items and even went down the infant isle. The manager said oh I see where you scanned all of the items. The lady was rude and implying that I was lying!! I told her I didn’t receive two of the 6 items and I need them. If they’re out of stock (one person who answered the hold said if I didn’t get them it’s because they were out of stock) I needed my money back. She got rude and said we can’t give you a refund back. I said well I need the items I paid for and if it’s out of stock you will give me my money back.I’m 7 months pregnant with 4 kids at home who are all sick. The nerve of these women to suggest I was lying about receiving two over the counter medicines when I didn’t is beyond me and because of this lack of customer service and unwilling to help until I get mad is why I will NEVER shop here again. It was my first and damn sure my last. Stay away from here unless you like being treated like this. I’ll definitely be taking this up with corporate.

This Walgreens need a course in customer service I really never complain this is probably the second review in my life! But they let me sit in the drive thru for 15 mins before I pressed the calm button(3 people in there) and another 15 mins later they came on to tell me rhey close at 6! There website said 9pm? Who's in the wrong here me waiting patiently for 20 out of the 30 mins or them for not either updating their website or posting a change In hours? I know Walgreens probably doesn't care but they've lost my business and anyone who ever asks me! Period...

If I could give a zero star rating I would because it doesn’t even deserve a one star rating. Worst pharmacy ever, and before people claim it to be because of the short staff it have always been bad for years. Terrible service, rude staff, takes several hours to fill the prescription if they even have it. If they do have it and it’s surprisingly not out of stock and given to you in a shockingly timing manner they have usually forgotten one of the prescription. They are closed without any notice or sign posted and no one knows why, it is ALWAYS something with this pharmacy

Very disappointed.Scheduled a rapid test TWO days in advance, came here 10 minutes before my appointment time to be told‘all the rapid tests are expired.’To which I replied“ well why was I not contacted then?”‘ well I tried contacting everyone on the list but I guess didn’t make it to everyone.’So I wasted a drive across town and am still having to wait for test results.
