“Today when I went into Cato just to get one outfit, as usual, I bought more. Hannah graciously assisted me by placing my many items in the dressing room. She helped me get different sizes and gave me helpful advice. As I was trying on my items, I suddenly realized I was not sure what time they closed. I looked it up and was mortified to realize that they were about to close. Hannah was so kind, patient, and helpful, even though I caused her to leave late. Throughout our time in Cato, she was so pleasant and helpful with both my daughter and myself. She did an excellent job representing the company!”

“It's ridiculous if you have to suddenly use the bathroom because it's all the way to the back of the store and then you still have to go to the front of the store to get an associate to go with you all the way to the back of the school to unlock the bathroom door for you, even though there's more than one stall. I know it's to prevent theft but if you have to go and you don't know this, you might pee or crap your pants. Just letting you know.”
“Young lady seemed to be working solo. You would have never known it though. I must have tried on 10 pair of pants, and not once did I have to wait on her or leave the dressing room.”

“I hadn't been to a Ross in a long time. I was actually surprised at the selection. I went to buy an outfit for my daughter and they had such a nice selection of clothes for kids. They also had so many options for kids shoes. Will definitely go back when I can to do some clothes shopping for us.”
