Make sure you check your order here, they won't correct it if you don't, they've messed up mine so many times I will never eat here again. Their customer service is horrible.UPDATE: The manager I dealt with was Jalynn, if you as upper management want to correct these things, teaching him CS and recognizing and correcting these type of mistakes would be a good place to start.

Food wasnt up to par, there was only one customer in front of us already waiting for their food and they told us it was going to be a wait. It seems like this Arbys has been bad off for years. I wish corporate would either get somebody to turn this location around or close it down. Its been disappointing for years.

Drive thruStaff were upbeat and happy to help.It's just a very pleasant environment and atmosphere to encounter people that have a smile on their face and actually make you feel comfortable place to go get food.Excellent job... Compared to what this store used to be the new management is doing great things with this place and it's worth giving a try. The food was better than average Arby's food and I quite enjoyed my meal.

When we pulled in we were the 3rd in line. No big deal. Waited about 5 minutes to order, my fault not theirs kids couldn't decide. But waited another 10 minutes for 1 vehicle to move. Another 15ish for the next and I was asked to pull forward. I waited 15 more minutes and had to pee so I ran in. Bathroom was disgusting so I didn't use it. Went back to my vehicle and waited maybe 5 more minutes (give or take a few) still no food. I only ordered 4 meals.. so we've been here over 45 minutes w no food. I walk inside and waited another 5 before anyone even looked in .y direction. But that was it. So I walked into the back area by the counter. Not all the way but that area to get service. My food hadn't even been started. I asked what the problem was. They tried blaming being short on staff which would be ok had I not just overheard them arguing and 4 people somehow standing there meant short staffing. Not including the other 4 trying to manage everything else. Needless to sat I never got my food and asked for a refund. I wont be back. This is my 3rd attempt at this location and I have to go in and ask for my food every single time.

Oct. 5 2023 I stopped at this Arby's in Mustang, Oklahoma and ordered a Classic Greek Gyro combo meal. I was headed west and had another 90 miles to my home. I used the drive-thru and received my meal and started home eating the curly fries, a mile or two down the road I finished the fries and opened the Classic Gyro and was very disappointed to find the meat was cold and disgusting. I didn't want to drive all the way back for a re-make so I called. No manager on duty so I explained about the cold meat, no receipt was with my order however she said her name was Marie and would write my name down in the log and I could come back anytime for a re-make. In November I was about 10 miles north of Mustang and decided to head to Arby's in Mustang, OK and claim my re-make. The manager was there but refused to re-make the order because Marie wasn't employed at that Arby's and I didn't have a receipt. I left disappointed and angry.
Since I paid with my credit card I still had that proof of purchase which I uploaded to show you. This Arby's has poor food, poor management and poor ethic's. I urge you to find another place to dine.

Food is ok for an Arby's. Definitely not the best Arby's I have been too. I tried to come about 20 minutes before they closed a few days ago and the manager just said that they were closed. I am here again tonight and am the only person in the drive thru and there is no one on the inside and have now been waiting for 18 minutes for my food. All of the lights around the building and the sign were off and only the inside lights were on. Bye bye Arby's
