I believe Ahla helped me. It's her nickname. She was very knowledgeable and a WHIZ at getting what I needed done!! I am very pleased with her and her customer service skills!!

My honest experience here is pretty good. I did come in near closing due to a phone issue towards the last minute of the day and I don’t think it was a good time to come in and talk about my phone problems but I did get a look at the store and it was pretty decent. During this time (or probably during business hours), if you have any phone related issues then you may have to wait for the person before you to take care of their issues before they can service you (I don’t want to make assumptions but I think they could be doing first come first serve). Hopefully I come back during business hours and have some luck on the issue but overall this place is pretty good.

Came into the store with billing questions. I was greeted and helped almost immediately! Truly a great store the Reps are so helpful and knowledgeable! Will always be returning here in the future!

My experience at this location is never less than a 5/5. Whether is it multiple associates or just one, everyone is greeted and attended to in a timely manner. The Ora of the store is always positive and they never lie! If they don’t know the answer they will tell you that! With that being said they will find the answer out for you and ensure you understand before you walk out the door! I pass by 5+ stores to be assisted with any trouble shooting problems just because my experience at the Mustang location is so pleasant. The manager Matt is very knowledgeable and very helpful and I feel confident in all of his solutions. Also the associate SeQuoia is a stand out l, handling multiple customers at one time with a smile on her face the entire time! Not to mention she knows the products and store like the back of her hand! All in all one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! Great job!

Get there 30 minutes before the store closes. There's 1 person working with a customer. 32 minutes later, the emoloyee looks up to us and says we will need to come back tomorrow for help.
