I am leaving this review because Ronnie went above and beyond to help me. He was wonderful! For the past two days when going to start my car, it wouldn’t start and I had to get it jumped. I figured it was a battery issue so I called autozone to check if I still had warranty on my battery. Ronnie answered the phone and he was very friendly from the very beginning. He looked up my battery for me and informed me that my battery was still under warranty, and told me he would replace it if my battery was bad. I use my car for my job so it is crucial that my car starts when I go to start it. I drove to the store to get my battery checked and while he was checking it he noticed I had a coolant leak. I did know I had a coolant link and I just added “Bar’s Leaks” Stop Leak the day prior to hopefully fix the coolant leak issue because my car overheated a couple weeks prior to today. Ronnie not only noticed the leak immediately, he showed me where it was on the hose. I want to emphasize that because I had explained my coolant issue to someone else before and although they were very kind and helpful which I really appreciated, they did not notice the leak in my hose. Ronnie noticed the leak instantly when I didn’t even come to him with that issue. Then, he proceeded to explain how this leak could affect my car and all the things it could damage if my car overheated. I really appreciated him taking the time explain all that to me because I know nothing about cars and I appreciate someone taking the time to teach me. I have learned through the years how beneficial it is to know how things on your car work to be able to keep it running properly and hopefully not causing extensive damage, for example in the case of my car overheating. After taking the time to explain everything, he replaced my battery and the hose for me as well. I can’t stress enough how much that meant to me. I have replaced my battery on my own before via a youtube video and it was awful. It took me hours! Ronnie replaced my battery within 5 minutes and even added the corrosion protection on there. He then replaced my coolant hose and again, took extra time to explain how it worked, how to add coolant to my car, and the safety protocols to follow to ensure I don’t get hurt in the process. He even taught me how to check my oil! I can’t brag enough about how great Ronnie was. He truly went above and beyond and far surpassed that. He is an exceptional employee and such a kind person. I leave this review in hopes he gets recognized for how great of a job he does. I would leave way more than five stars if there was an option to do so! He was the best!

These guys really save the day for me! Ronnie was a super help a very nice young man and knew his stuff. He not only helped us resolve the problem, but went out of his way to provide excellent customer service. He is a wonderful reflection on AutoZone. I will definitely come back.

This AutoZone offered amazing customer service along with finding the parts that I needed on my old car. I went in, asked them what I needed, and then they had it with a snap of a finger and brought it out. I also needed to get a check engine light diagnostics and they got me covered there too. I will definitely be coming back to this location anytime soon, it was great seeing the staffs! (I visited this place 3 weeks ago and I didn’t get any pictures).

I needed a new battery for my truck, and they had they same brand and model I needed. Save yourself a trip and fee ("core" or disposal fee), and take your old battery with you to pick up the new battery. If you can't, you can always go back to the store with your old battery to have the battery core fee refunded.

Code on my care was found quickly and they even showed me on my engine the 2 things that might need to be replaced. Even offered me referral to local mechanic. Great!
