5 employees working, 4 doing nothing and only 1 can open accounts. Backed up 4 deep waiting on one employee. Not good customer service or a good first impression.

They need to retrain their managers. Awful customer service at this location. The head manager would of cost me money if I didn’t realize that he wasn’t doing his job and went to another location.
