You're attempting to automate your way out of future customers.
Customers do not want to come into an Establishment put on an apron and check themselves out. Customers do not want rude employees who act like it is beneath them to do their cashier position. Customers do not want an automated helpline that does nothing but help increase the number of people suffering from mental illnesses.
Take a page out of Walgreens book and hire enough employees to work your floor, registers and answer phone calls.

I left the pharmacy across the street from CVS years ago due to terrible customer service, and I have never looked back. The pharmacists at CVS treat you like they work at a small pharmacy with personal attention and extra mile care all with the benefits of being tied to a large local chain such as medicine availability and speed. As long as they stay at this store, I will be going there. If D moves, I’m following wherever she goes!

Their call help line is absolutely awful beyond all words and is genuinely making me consider switching. I have problems refilling my medicine every month and even when I go in person the systems are messed up. It's getting old and I'm getting VERY tired and frustrated.
I literally just want to physically talk to a person and not a freaking robot. PLEASE fix this.

Worst experience ever. Arrived after 2:30 CDT Sunday to drop a few boxes off to UPS .Refused to take my boxes for UPS dropoff. There were 5 boxes, none heavier that 20 lbs. The employee Kat looked at me, looked at my wife, and said she wouldn't take them because "they didn't have room". She said the area behind the counter was at capacity. I attached a photo of the area, tell me if you spot the full area.There were no other boxes there, she just didn't want to work. This nearly cost me tens of thousands of dollars
I had to fly to the local UPS store before they closed. I will NEVER ship here again and have instructed my team to never spend a dollar here for anything involving my company again. We usually stop at CVS every Wednesday to buy drinks and food for the office kitchen, about $100/week. Thanks to Kat and her manager who never even came out of the back to address me, CVS will be without this money.
Small business has enough hurdles to stay competitive, we do not need lazy employees of our vendors holding us down as well. Zero stars of possible, I will go across the street to Walgreens, who btw has NEVER turned my boxes from FedEx ( they take FedEx, not UPS) away, even when I had 40 to drop.
Disgraceful.

Mustang has the best CVS! The pharmacy is always super busy but they work so fast and efficiently that the lines are always short.

Lady who works there standing behind me while I'm trying to use the self checkout. In case I need help she says. Not sure why the corporations are installing self check out if someone is just going to stand behind you and monitor you the entire time. The whole idea of it is you do it your self.

The pharmacy staff are quick to fill prescriptions here and try not to leave you waiting. I'm thankful they call if there are issues too. Kind staff and overall superior to other pharmacies in the area!
