Terrible service and terrible workflow. If you don't have an appointment and you walk-in their recheck in process is not smart enough to recognize your walk-in to give you the next available appointment. Instead of you don't select next available appointment and only select stand by it will let people keep scheduling appointments bumping you down the list regardless if you have been waiting all day or not. Staff does not care because they do not handle the appointments and their is no receptionist. Terrible customer service and terrible workflow. If this was retail and not primarily insurance compensation I'm sure their workflow would be different. Way to care about your Oklahomans "Diagnostic Laboratory of Oklahoma"!

This location is always so efficient and quick, and super friendly, no matter when I go. I prefer this location over the Yukon one any day.

I went at 2:15 today, didn't make an appointment. I was surprised to see I was the only one in the waiting room, but happy. Once I checked in with the kiosk, I only had to wait maybe 3 minutes. The place was clean and smelled nice (lobby and blood draw room). The lady who took care of me was super nice. She was quick, and I didn't even feel her stick me. I wish I had gotten her name. Overall, I had a great experience, and I'll go back if I need to.

MASKS NOT REQUIRED!! I chose this location because they are one of the only DLO locations in the metro that aren't mask nazis still, in 2023. Quick walk-in service, and the tech was very nice and gentle. I will never go to another DLO location again!

After using this site for 4 years with lab ordered by the same physician, the tech tells me my doctor is "invalid". Explained I just had same lab done 6 months ago. Wouldn't check that history. Told their legal dept would validate. That was 4 days ago. No word from them.I am done with this site. No customer service at all.

I made an appointment as instructed by the customer service rep so I wouldn't have a wait time. But that turned out to be a lie,big surprise there! I had to wait 45 minutes after my appointment! The waiting room was disgusting! It looks like no one has cleaned it in years!! The surfaces and check in kiosk had layers of filth, the floor had trash and dirt all over it. I felt like I was in a shady/back alley lab it was that grimy and gross! Also, if you are giving a urine sample there are no extra cups if you accidentally drop yours empty or full, you will have to go to another site and sit around and wait to be seen or re schedule when they get more cups seeing how you are a diagnostic lab and lots of people giving urine samples on a daily there should be plenty of cups! It felt like the technician was being difficult about it so she could move on to the next person since they were behind. They say results are online in 24-48 hours-another lie more like 72-96 hours. If I could I would give zero stars hopefully not all of their locations are like this one.

Staff is nice. Was told the wait would be 20 minutes. Instead I waited an hour and a half. Finally left and went to another PSC where I was seen immediately.

Great experience! My one year old needed quite a bit of blood work to check for some things. They were very patient and sweet to him. I was stressed it was going to be a traumatic experience but they did great at helping keep him calm and getting the blood draw done in a timely manner without hurting him.
