Terrible customer service. I ordered balloons for a graduation party 2 weeks in advance. The Mustang store ran out of helium on Monday and nobody bothered to call me for 5 days until I was in route to pick up my order on Friday and called to confirm it was ready. I was then told I would need to go to the Yukon store to get the balloons. Shelby (store manager in Mustang) had a complete attitude but said she would call the Yukon store so the balloons could be ready. I guess that was too much to ask, as they weren’t ready AND the balloons I ordered weren’t even available. All the while at both stores they acted like I’m the crazy one for being upset. This is not okay. All of this would have been a non issue and easily avoided with a simple phone call on Monday so I could have had time to make other arrangements, but instead I find out the day of the party. Surely we can do better than this.
