Terrible bank and worse customer service. Could not successfully open a child's savings account and was given no valid or concrete reason for being rejected after abiding by all bank's requests for documentation. Horrible experience. Do not recommend!

I don't currently bank here but my clients do. I have absolutely no issues cashing checks here. If it wasnt such a big hassle to move banks, I would move to this one in a heartbeat.

This is the place to get things done. Call them instead of calling customer service. Customer service is USELESS. They're only good for activating your debit cards. (Except for Miriam at Customer Service, if she's still there, she's the best!). Other than that, get your banking business done with these good people. They'll always treat you right and get the job done!

Notary on site. Refused to notarize not even for fee! I drove 2 more miles MidFirst Bank said sure no fee no questions asked pleased to help me . First fidelity sucks
