I feel very comfortable leaving items with people who won't take a chance on possibly ruining an important item, and therefore feel much more comfortable leaving things here in the future. “Great place to do my laundry unfortunately my dryer stopped working so I had to use the laundry mat a few times this weekend. I used it in the past, but it seemed like new ownership have taken over and they done amazing job, most importantly your laundry attendant you have there, her smile is amazing. I guess she’s called the lady with the smile. I think she’s an amazing person, everyone very pleasant, very professional and does an amazing job. I saw one of the owners showing an older couple how to use one of those machines is very for life very courteous. We need more people in this world. They’re just simply nice And I appreciate the owners that a business with importance and most of all, they treat their customers with respect and common courtesy while having a clean environment and great equipment to do your laundry in. I would recommend this business to anyone who one’s great customer service a clean environment, and amazing equipment.”

“Honestly, I don't use the dry cleaners very often. My husband has suits cleaned a few times a year, and I have occasionally dropped off clothing to be cleaned. I recently purchased a Pendleton blanket at the thrift store, and knew I wanted it cleaned before using. Swiss Cleaners is right around the corner from my house, and I had seen good reviews, so I called to see how much it would be. They said around $25 which was cheaper than anyone else by $10. I dropped it off and they said it would be a week. I wasn't in any hurry, so I left it with them. Picked it up a week later and it looks brand new! Cost me $20, but the blanket retails for $300. I will be taking my husbands suits there from now on.”

“I have been coming to Doug’s for almost nine years. They have lots of machines and have drop off service. There are a couple of high school girls that work there who know my name (I’m there weekly) and are very nice, polite and respectful (they call me sir…something a lot of young people don’t do!). They have called me when they finish my laundry earlier than scheduled and I appreciate that. If the store I run wasn’t so far from them, I’d hire them both…..great customer service skills! The manager is a nice lady and runs a great operation. I saw another review where the author stated they were blaring music…..I’ve never encountered that. It’s generally quiet there. I would definitely recommend Doug’s.”

M-F 9am to 6pm hours. No weekend hours.
Next-day service Monday through Thursday. If you drop on Friday, you can pickup Monday after lunchtime.
Friendly service when I went in. The place is clean and well lit. I like that there’s a drive thru window.”
