“Connor was extra helpful! He asked me if I found everything okay and I told him it was my first time in a Levi’s store. I tried on several sizes and styles of jeans. While I found my sizing, I was struggling to find a style that I liked. Connor went above and beyond to recommend another style of jeans that could possibly work in the description that I was describing. He helped me to pick out the Superlow Loose fitting jeans and helped me narrow down my sizing. He checked on me in the fitting room and helped me to pick the size that looked the best on me. He made me feel comfortable and cared for when I felt overwhelmed in making a decision. He was super easy to talk to and I appreciated that he didn’t dismiss my frustration in finding the perfect jeans for me. Connor is intentional and has great interpersonal skills. He also signed me up for the rewards program and I got $20 off my purchase because of the scratch off I was given! For a person who doesn’t love to shop, Connor made it a stress-free experience. Connor deserves to be recognized for his intentionality and dedication to his expertise in the Levi’s company. I will be going back to Levi’s again and again because of this experience!!”

“She’s a cute store, but still a bit pricey for an outlet—even with the military discount. I purchased three outfits (one was a two-piece sold separately, so it rang up as four items), and the total came to $236.59. The associate reminded me about the 30-day return policy at least three times, which felt a bit excessive.
I walked in about 5–10 minutes before closing, and the store was clean, organized, and well-kept. The associates were kind and helpful. Overall, I liked the outfits I purchased, but the experience could’ve been just a little smoother.”
“I currently live in Wichita Falls Tx- I came to the outlets with my wife to spend the day. She was on the hunt for a purse. I don’t know much about brand names, qualities, etc. She picked out a purse and I came back on my own to buy it as a surprise. Brittany was the most helpful, attentive and understanding employee I ever encountered. She even helped me pick out a matching wallet to match the purse I was buying for my wife. Everyone there was so helpful and nice but I hope corporate and the higher ups see this. Brittany , thank you again for helping me find the perfect Christmas present for my wife. Happy holidays!”

“Pretty positive it was the manager but I called ahead and asked if they had polos which they said they had..I get there and as I'm about to try 1 on the manager asked what size I was and found 3 polos that were less than $3 each!!!
