“I took my son and his friends after a few failed attempts at other stores in the area. We got there just before closing despite the time the boys were not rushed. They were able to look around and all of them found something to buy. I was impressed with the selection and the 10% first time discount. They also have a generous points system. My son was excited about a hoodie he found and left the bag with his shirts in it. I called the next day and (I'm assuming) the owner offered to ship the items! We live out of town. I definitely recommend this store 10/10.”

“Connor was extra helpful! He asked me if I found everything okay and I told him it was my first time in a Levi’s store. I tried on several sizes and styles of jeans. While I found my sizing, I was struggling to find a style that I liked. Connor went above and beyond to recommend another style of jeans that could possibly work in the description that I was describing. He helped me to pick out the Superlow Loose fitting jeans and helped me narrow down my sizing. He checked on me in the fitting room and helped me to pick the size that looked the best on me. He made me feel comfortable and cared for when I felt overwhelmed in making a decision. He was super easy to talk to and I appreciated that he didn’t dismiss my frustration in finding the perfect jeans for me. Connor is intentional and has great interpersonal skills. He also signed me up for the rewards program and I got $20 off my purchase because of the scratch off I was given! For a person who doesn’t love to shop, Connor made it a stress-free experience. Connor deserves to be recognized for his intentionality and dedication to his expertise in the Levi’s company. I will be going back to Levi’s again and again because of this experience!!”

“Banana Republic was a pretty good store. I was looking to get a suit but they only had a few options on the rack but they do have a bunch of other clothes to buy if you're looking for them. I think the store was overall pretty good and the staffs were friendly.”

“Pretty positive it was the manager but I called ahead and asked if they had polos which they said they had..I get there and as I'm about to try 1 on the manager asked what size I was and found 3 polos that were less than $3 each!!! “This Gap at the outlet mall is easy to find from the Reno entrance and the store is approximately 50 feet from the parking lot. The day I was there, many items were 40-50% off. I purchased 2 Tshirts and they still have a great fit for only $7.99. I’ll definitely be shopping here more often.”

“I came here right before Christmas to buy a few things for my fiancé. I bought him a western jacket, and a ranch hat. I ended up returning the jacket with no issue, and we came the next day to buy a new pair of boots, since I couldn’t decide on which ones. The staff was really helpful and kind, and the store is large. I recommend this boot barn over others in the area.”
“I had initially called them to ask about having a Stetson resized. Over the phone, Mike was able to confirm this was something that is a thing and I could have it done same day or the following because of my work schedule and being on vacation. I decided to go in that evening because I admit I wanted to get out of the house. Marie was my service rep for this specific occasion. She's a very intellectual lady who can think on her feet. She was very helpful and I can definitely say I appreciated both her timing and insight on cowboy hat sizing. She was also very insightful when we both discovered that resizing wasn't going to solve my issue, when I ordered this particular Stetson online through Cavenders, I had not taken into account enough time to exchange it for the correct size as I was living in Wisconsin at that time and hence the reason for my visit. So when I say insightful she discussed with me Cavenders return and exchange policy could be done on site rather than through the online store and it would save me time and energy than shipping a hat back to Stetson for example. 10/10 would recommend this location, 10/10 would recommend the staff, and 10/10 for Marie's professionalism and kindness. :)
Update: Three months later: I found myself having to order a new hat in the recommended size for my son's BMT graduation today 6/26. In doing so I found it to be a couple of sizes off the afternoon I picked it up on 6/25. Marie to the rescue! 😀 Thankfully I ordered an item that was in stock in both the intended size, 8, and the actual size 7 3/4. Marie was once again quite helpful getting me squared away and was very helpful and knowledgeable with the exchange process.”

My husband was wearing 25 year old Oakley's and the clerks were impressed at the care he had taken to make them last that long and the condition they were in. He was happy with his new pair as was our daughter with her new stylish aviators.”
