Had a problem with my debit card. I was helped by Haylie. She did an excellent job and fixed the problem while I waited. She is obviously an expert and very happy in her work.

This has got to be THE SLOWEST bank! I understand things happen but geeze louise. Take in 100 to change for 5 20's...said machine jammed...so no other machines? This isn't the only time...should've gone to yukon.

Its like they get people off the streets to come work here. No one knows anything and no one can find out. Branch managers are useless. Systems down all the time. They tell you one thing when you are at the branch, then you get a letter saying something different. Cooperate managers are useless. I'm surprised this bank lasted this long.

Upated..... Bunch of incompetent people. Deposited a check using their system by taking a pic of check. That was 08-13-2023 (Saturday) here it is Tuesday now 08-15-2023 and STILL HAS NOT POSTED to my account, even though is has ALREADY CLEARED THE OTHER BANK. Fn ridiculous. I'll be closing this account out.

I just got off the phone with AST manager and was asking for curtisy overdraft fee refund I had forgotten that I had 2 payments coming out she said she couldn't because it wasn't there fault I explained to her if it was there fault it wouldn't be a curtisy. I have been with midfirst since 2004 I am highly considering changing banks. The assistant manager was very rude

A cash deposit was made on May 1,2023. The deposit was credited when I looked at my online account. A mortgage payment was made shortly after. When I looked this morning, the mortgage payment was on the account, but not the deposit. This resulted in a negative balance. When I called to see what was going on, I was told that the deposit didn't scan right. They said that the mistake would be corrected. They were notified of the mistake as soon as they opened. As of 1:15 pm, the deposit is not credited to my account. The mistake was made yesterday. The mistake should have been corrected as soon as they were notified.

I can’t believe this place I do all my business here and early in the morning I’m drive threw it took minute to come to the window. Then they came back later and asked for ID take it in businesses line and it took them forever I explained about to open store still took forever really not sure there issues however this was a disappointment. I will go to my original bank going forward.
