“The people are nice and the customer service is good. Unfortunately you have to be wary of their services and infrastructure in this area. We have several properties in the area and have never been able to achieve the download speeds they guarantee. We currently have the 250-500 mbps, but we have never gotten over 20 mbps. I have included a screenshot of today's test. Only one device on this network on a property here in Mustang. Its the same at all of our properties. Know before you commit to a contract.”

“Excellent customer service. I was trying to get a little more time out of an old Android and Cecilia went above and beyond to assist. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient. We 'tried' something but with the upgrade to the 5G network, looks like my ancient phone needs to be replaced. Cecilia looked at my account (I've been a 'Boostee' forever) and I'm able to get a new phone for $15!!! Stopping by on Monday to pick it up. I'm not very tech savvy so they will transfer everything on the old phone to the new one for me. If I could give this location 100 stars, I would.”

“I recently went to this location and had Tesla help us and she was amazing! We have two lines and we were told the other line couldn't get an upgrade But Tesla looked it up and She found that we were able to get it and she helped us. We were so appreciative to her.
