“Recently, I utilized Emrick’s Van and Storage for a cross-town relocation, and I must express my profound satisfaction with their services. I conducted standard inquiries and online estimates, and they were the only company that refrained from inundating me with unsolicited phone calls and emails.
I engaged with Lucas, and we conducted a video call estimate. He provided an accurate assessment, even after I added a few last-minute items. Lucas possesses extensive knowledge in his field, and he is exceptionally accommodating.
On the day of the move, Jacob and Brandon arrived to assist with the relocation. Despite residing in a second-floor apartment, they completed the task efficiently. I was highly impressed with their professionalism, work ethic, and friendliness. If I had not interrupted them with unnecessary conversations, the move likely would have proceeded more swiftly. However, all items were moved with meticulous care, planning, and professionalism.
I am confident that I will entrust Emrick’s Van and Storage with my future relocation needs.”

I loathed dealing with them (no not b/c I didn't want to pay my bill). It was the people and the way they operated. Especially the woman she was super unprofessional to say the least.
Hiring Kevin was pretty much a God send compared to prior. He needs to be employee of the month.

“After reading reviews about Holton Transfer and with reviews being either wholly negative or positive, I had some trepidation about what our experience was going to be. Fortunately my worries were for naught. We ordered an adjustable bed from Costco and the bed was delivered to Holton Transfer from Lodeso shipping. While I did have to obtain Holton Transfer contact info via Southbay International, I had no trouble getting through via phone and Ray was professional and courteous when we spoke to schedule the delivery and was informed of the delivery team that would be bringing the bed. The delivery was scheduled for 1st thing this morning and I received a call from Jason to let me know they were 20 minutes out and they arrived right on the dot! Both Ray and Jason quickly removed our old bed (my husband and I had disassembled the bed) and as soon as it was out they quickly set up our new bed. The guys showed me how to operate the remotes for the bed, made sure everything was functioning properly and removed all packing debris. There was no damage to our home or the new bed. Our experience was top notch so I would definitely use Holton Transfer in the future.”

“This company so far has been great. My mom used them last year and now she is using them to move again from OK to MT. Dan set it all up for mom and Brittany and a team mate came to wrap/pack all the house hold items and did a very professional job and was very careful with all special fragile things . Then the next day Brittany and Kyle and another teammate came to pack/wrap the big items and load it all on a truck. Very professional and handled all items with care. All big items were wrapped/taped either with plastic and/or packing blankets and smaller items were in boxes where each box was labeled/tagged with contents inside and what room it came from. I even had questions next day and needed to call someone to ask and Mike was very helpful and prompt with answers. Can update more when mom's stuff gets delivered to MT and see how it all goes there with the unloading.
