My family and I have been going here for years and my grandpa is even friends with the owner! I however will not be coming back here after my last experience. I was getting my transmission serviced and everything went well until they went up $100 on my quote WITHOUT TELLING ME when I barely had enough money to pay for it in the first place. After that everything felt normal on the truck until I checked the transmission fluid and it was severely overfilled! Now here I am having to replace my whole transmission that got all messed up from one lousy mistake. I will not be returning here and I really hate having to write a bad review because my grandpas friend owns it!

I went in with a wobble on my 2019 Ford F250. Mike took great care of me. He got me back on the road in the same day! My truck rides like Lincoln now. Will definitely be back.

I work almost every day. It is hard to get stuff done to my truck. I called Mustang alignment. Every other place said 2 days to get my truck fixed. I dropped my truck off on a day I scheduled off. I got off work the morning of the 6th. I didn't get his name. The man at the front desk said it would be done that day. I got a ride home. About 5 that evening, I called them, and they said the mechanic was finishing up the ticket. I paid out it was $400 dollars less than I was quoted by another shop for tires and struts for my truck. To say I am happy and pleased with the service and price would be an understatement. If you want quality and reasonable price on your vehicle, look no further than Mustang Alignment.

First off, they seem like nice folks.. No issue there..
I called about some issues with the steering on my son’s truck. He is heading back to college and it’s a bit of a trip.. They told me several scenarios and to bring it in and drop it off.. They would do a courtesy check and call me with their findings..
I dropped the truck off at 0800 and borrowed a friends truck for the day.. The only guy there seemed a bit overwhelmed with ringing phones, etc.. He took my keys and took my info.. 5:15 rolled around and I had heard nothing from them.. I figured they hadn’t even looked at it, but I thought I might at least get a courtesy call.. but nothing.. Sure enough, keys and truck were in the same spot. They had never done a thing.. Kid was super nice, but wasted my entire day and I was out paying for gas for using a friends truck..
I’m sure they do a great job, but just didn’t work out for me.. Don’t want to run them down as I know they are busy, but I’ll take my business elsewhere and advise my partners and friends to do the same..
The one star was for friendliness and helpful at least on the phone..
