Do NOT take your car here! They did not repair my car properly and when I told them (the 2nd time I went to pick up) it needed to be fixed, the lady that does the estimates in the front office argued with me, was super rude & said I can’t expect it to be perfect and that’s as good as it’s going to get. Considering it looked the same as when I dropped it off, very frustrating. The manager later apologized and said that was not an accurate statement. I was finally able to pick my car up on the 3rd trip up there (after sitting out front for 15+ minutes waiting on the manager to do something so he could pull my car around after being told it was ready to go). Definitely not a good overall experience having to argue to get my car fixed properly. I do not recommend wasting your time with this shop.

A big “Thanks!” to the Mustang Gerber crew who took great care of our vehicle after the Oklahoma wind caused an abrupt collision between my driver side door and a gas station pylon. The door looks as good as new. The ladies up front greeted us with smiles and were very helpful throughout the process.

The staff at Gerber are great. They are friendly & informative, explaining the details of the repair. The actual repair was fantastic. They made my 2009 Honda CRV look like it just rolled of the showroom floor. I would not take my car anywhere else.

Completely satisfied with the repair on my 2009 Tacoma. Every effort was made by mustang ok gerber collision to get my vehicle back to me as soon as possible. Chelsea kept me updated through the whole repair process. She was very professional as were the whole team. Plus the truck came back cleaner to me then I had seen it since I bought it new in 2008.

After my car got hailed on really bad, I dropped my car off here the very next morning. The staff in the front, Sarah, was incredibly kind and informative. My car technician, Chelsea, was amazing. She would text me with updates and answer all questions very quickly. She was friendly, educational, and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure my experience was exceptional. I even had an opportunity to meet their manager, Joe, who’s extremely down to earth, made sure everything was done to the highest standard, and exactly as Chelsea was, he went above and beyond to make the experience amazing. This team at Gerber at mustang, I cannot recommend enough. I’ve been to other shops and you’re literally in and out, but here at Gerber, they talked to you as a person. Gerber at Mustang showed me what was going on, educated me on the process, gave me live updates, and also got to know me so I never felt like one of the numbers, but instead like a valued customer. When I got my car back it was on tip top shape and perfect to drive on the road again. I truly cannot thank them enough for all they’ve done to help me get back safely on the road. This will definitely be the only place I come to in the future. Five star experience all around.

Don’t bring your vehicle here unless you want it to come back with issues that were not present previously. I had my car in for rear bodywork from being rear ended. My car came back with multiple lights on including ABS, airbag, tire, and more. I talked to the manager Joe H. and he is not taking responsibility. When I brought the car in it had no lights on and my car was driving just fine.

I called to make an appointment with this company and set the appointment up a week after communicating with them.
The day of the appointment, I took off from work early to make the appointment, and was told that their computer was down and they had to reschedule me. I did not get an apology or anything, just we have to reschedule you because our computer is not working.
They had my contact information, I wonder why they didn’t call me to inform me about the situation with the computer. So, I lost money for leaving my job early and didn’t get the estimate I went in for.
I understand that things happen, and I would have not been so disappointed if the two ladies at the front desk would have shown more compassion or concern about what just happened to me.
I will never return to that location or any other location associated with that company. I would rather throw my money away in the trash than to give it to them.

Took my car in for an estimate on August 1st for repairs. Had to leave it because of the damage. They were so awesome. Showed and told me exactly what they would have to do. I am somewhat handicapped and they were so good to make sure I was comfortable. They sent me a message with updates Aug 2nd. Hopefully I won't need them again but if I should I will certainly, with no hesitation, take my vehicle there!

The staff here was super nice. They were always willing to try to help. That's where the good comments end...
Not only did it take FAR too long to repair my vehicle, but they did a terrible job. I know this for SEVERAL reasons.
The first issue came when I noticed one of my tires going flat right after I picked it up. That's because there was still a screw in it from the incident.
Next I noticed that one of my wheels was missing a center cap. Yes, cosmetic, but that was part of my vehicle when I brought it in.
Then, I noticed the new wheel locks for my vehicle in my glove box. Wait... Yup all four wheels were missing a lug. I know it's not critical, but that's not safe and my kids ride in that vehicle.
Keep going? Sure... I got into the back a week later to get something and: THE FULL SIZED SPARE WAS MISSING!
Smaller item, I later noticed one of my branding badges was missing from the side they worked on. Again, cosmetic, but PART OF THE VEHICLE I BROUGHT IN!
I called every time I noticed something. I didn't only feel ignored, but was asked to NOT put on their survey that I had to return to the shop. I waited to fill the survey out until all was said and done so SOMEONE knew what happened. But, it took so long to resolve the survey expired. So, I picked a different medium. GO TO YUKON.
