I am so thankful for the teachers and administrators here at North Mustang Road KinderCare. It feels great knowing that my child is safe and well taken care of here. Everyone is welcoming, helpful, and caring.

We have been going to this facility a little over 2 years now. More recently we have been having issues with adequate diaper changes, my youngest two were consistently coming home with rashes that were bleeding with dry poop, which we have photos and messages documented . We spoke the several teachers and felt like the issue was resolved . From time to time they still have a diaper rash but not nearly as bad BUT a new issue has suddenly occurred .
After we woke out about the diaper issues, our DHS app to check the children in and out didn’t work “ and it glitches really bad even to the point when the daycare is in the system it kicks them out” and didn’t get all of the correct swipes. The daycare director informed me of that, word for word and told me there was no point in putting in a DHS claim that it will just be denied and that the the district manager over the center said we could not do a payment plan and we now have 13 days to pay them $1490 or our kids cannot return. At the end of our talk the director politely asked “ well, let me know what you’re going to do “ as far as paying or having to pull my children from care. And then we were given the district managers number to call and work the issue out ourselves as far as a payment plan goes .
It feels as though we spoke out about an issue and now we’re being punished for it - so families beware - especially if you’re through DHS.

I have three kids, We have been use daycare more than 6 years, this place is really the worst and terrible! My son got bite scratch and hurt 6 times in a week . Did not recommend!

The place was nice but they don't tell you they want the entire months tuition up front set up to autopay until the end of the tour. Who expects to pay $1k before your child can even attend?

we are SO SAD to be leaving kindercare in mustang. it’s just way too far from where we live. this daycare has always been super caring with both of my children. the atmosphere is very positive and they teach the kids so much!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone with a child needing care!! if i ever move back to mustang i will be enrolling my kids back in!!

Hands down the BEST daycare!! My girls have always been treated with nothing but love and kindness! I never had to worry if they were being mistreated, I never had to worry about their safety! The teachers care so much about every single kiddo here! They pour their hearts into these kids! We love KinderCare so much and will always choose KinderCare!!!

My son is in the infant class here and I can not say enough good things about these ladies! They are always communicating with us and keeping us in the loop. And they always treat my son so well. As a first time mom, I was terrified of the idea to send my kid to daycare but they made it so easy. It’s a bonus that I get adorable pictures throughout the day!

Kindercare in mustang is the absolute best childcare learning center. I'm thankful for them through all of this for keeping a safe and fun environment for my kids. This is the first center my children have attended and I couldn't be more blessed to have such wonderful and caring teachers for my children to spend their time with!

If I can’t spend the day with my child, then I’m happy she gets to spend it in a safe and nurturing environment like KinderCare. I have full confidence in their ability to handle any situation that arises. My daughter is always happy to go! She feels very loved there and that’s because she is.

We love all the ladies at Kindercare! We’ve had our daughter at Kindercare in Mustang for nearly 2 years now) since she was a baby. We’ve only lived here a few more years than that, and I didn’t have anyone that could tell me who was the best daycare. I was really nervous about sending her to daycare. These ladies treat her as if she were their own child, they are so good to her. Usually on Sunday night she starts naming all her friends from class and even some of the teachers. Somehow she knows that she’ll get to see them the next day.They use an app to send me pictures and updates throughout the day, it’s nice to see the activities they do, and it gives me ideas for what we can do at home. I can tell they are working with her, not just setting her in a room aimlessly. She’ll surprise me at times with something she’s learned at school, that I’ve not worked with her much at home. She can recognize shapes and colors, any day now she’ll be counting, it’s amazing. She is learning more and more words each day. We love and trust these ladies, they do such an amazing job!

Our daughter has been enrolled with KinderCare for a year now and we have loved every second of it! The cost is about double what we were paying at our previous daycare but there service we receive was well worth the price difference. Not only is the staff amazing and prompt about handling issues or misunderstandings, they are just great people to talk to. My daughter loves going to class. She’s learning so much! While I wish I could be with her 24/7, I can’t and KinderCare is the next best thing. Thank you to Olivia and all of the staff. Y’all are awesome!

My son has been going to KinderCare since he was 6 weeks old and now is 3! They have always taken such great care of him! He loves going to daycare every day and I am so thankful for all the help potty training him!! They have made my fears of daycare disappear! This is a great center with amazing, loving teachers! Also the app they have for your phone is amazing! I can check in with them whenever and they post tons of pictures! It’s the best!

KinderCare has been a blessing to us. We are raising our grandchildren and needed a place for the youngest (4 year old girl) to have interaction with children her age. She was a hand full to put it mildly. Her teacher, Ms. Nichole has done wonders with her along with Ms. Marissa and Ms. Devin. I can’t say enough good about the Director, Ms. Olivia. She is so helpful and understanding about issues we have had. She, along with the rest of the staff keep it so clean and it’s always decorated so cute for the kids. All I can say is “Job well done ladies”!!
