“I left the pharmacy across the street from CVS years ago due to terrible customer service, and I have never looked back. The pharmacists at CVS treat you like they work at a small pharmacy with personal attention and extra mile care all with the benefits of being tied to a large local chain such as medicine availability and speed. As long as they stay at this store, I will be going there. If D moves, I’m following wherever she goes!”

“I want to take a minute and recognize Nissy for her customer service and quality of care that she gave me as a Walmart Pharmacy customer. She was very patient with me giving me advice and explaining to me the working of the insurance company. Due to her quality of care and her expertise we were able to come up with a plan to get my pain meds for chronic care to last me through the weekend until my prior authorization came through from my insurance company. Thank you for your help because without my pain meds I truly would have suffered this weekend. Thank you so much for helping me and being good at your job.”

I was in the pharmacy today and it was my first pharmacy pickup and I want to thank Mason for his patience and understanding and thank him for helping me get my insurance on file and making it so I was able to use my health insurance and not have to pay out of pocket. The Walmart Pharmacy did right by hiring this young man. Thank you Mason.”
“The employees at the Mustang Walgreens are always so nice and helpful! Maddie and Dacia are always saying hello and ask if I’m looking for something that they can help me out with and I really do appreciate that as sometimes I’m running in to grab something in a hurry. It would be nice to give the employees the ability to honor those promotional tags when an item isn’t ringing up as the tag reads. Store is clean and organized.”
“Went in to find Itch Stop at about 9pm tonight. I couldn’t find it but went to check out with some bug spray. I told the young girl at the checkout what I was looking for and she walked me all the way back to the anti-itch area on the back wall of the store to look for Itch Stop. (They no longer carry it) She had excellent customer service and we had a nice conversation on the way back to checkout.”
