The manager of the property is very nice & accommodating with helping me open my storage door. Plus, he keeps the property very clean! But, the owners of the property are lacking in caring for the property. The springs on my door are broken & it is very hard to lift as I am 67 years old. And, the door doesn't stay up which is very dangerous! This should have been fixed months ago! Also, I left another storage company because their rates went up so I came here because their rates were reasonable. But, just a couple of months later my rent was raised. If I had known this was going to happen I would have stayed at the previous storage company that was climate controlled! I really think the rate you signed on at should be good for at least a year! I am looking for another storage unit company.

I know everyone needs money. But we do too, it bothers me that even though we have had our unit for a very long time the price keeps going up.

If you’re renting any space they are lying to you about what you’re actually renting. Attempted to rent 2 10x 10’s.
The units are actually 9x9. They fed me a line about redoing the inside of the units and reconfiguring them but the doors are all the same width. They reconfigured them to scam people out of more money.
Measure your space. Don’t let them
Charge you for a full unit. Safe and secure is a joke too. Zero presence ever there and lots of weird activity happens nearby. Empty unit doors will randomly be half way up one day like someone has been pilfering.
Their unit door doesn’t stay up by itself, no one is ever there if you need them and will take hours to reply with no accountability. Worst place I’ve ever rented at.
10x10 was $60 a month.
It’s worth the extra money to rent from somewhere like Public Storage 1.5 miles down the road from here. App for opening gate, easy assistance, and they actually care that you chose them for business.
Tower storage and safe and secure are a joke
Update: Mary is the same lady who tried to offer me a 10x20 unit. The issue is that their units are not true 10x20 units. They refuse to issue a refund even though their contract says 10x10 units and they are not. You can reply all you want to this review, Mary but you guys should have refunded me when I originally asked. Unless you’re refunding me don’t reach out to me, we’ll see each other in court.

Sean has been patient and obligating when I was having problems. He went above and beyond in his customer service to me. I wholeheartedly endorse anyone needing a storage unit to come to Safe and Secure ASAP!!!

I kept a storage unit here for a few years and never had an issues. Cheaper than other units around however not climate controlled. They do provide insurance which is included in monthly rent. I noticed some people store their vehicles or boats here as well

Suuuper thankful for Safe && Secure! I've done business with them 3 or 4 times in the past few years and am always happy to return.The management has ALWAYS been available] to help with whatever, however they can. The current manager has literally gone above and beyond to help us out when we've been in a pinch.Just, good people, willing to help how they can, but you have to let them know if you're in a bind {& stay in contact!?}Oh! && I'm never concerned about the safety & "well-being" of our belongings. Thank you guys for killin' it in the storage game!! ?

The Manager was great to work with and helped in maneuvering our ABF freight trailer. He also does a great job in keeping the facility clean.
