I rented a vehicle in Sept and the miles that have been reported to Uhaul were 75 miles over the miles I had. I have reached out to Brian and office by phone and by email. I have had my credit card hit 4 different times trying to get an extra 108.00 dollars out of me when I don't owe this. I want this situation handled or I am going to the BBB and the Atty General to file a complaint against your company.

Worst experience with uhaul of my life. Turned in my truck 21 hours earlier then I needed too, through the app, then dropped my keys in their lockbox. Staff didn't get to it for over 96 hours after my due time. Uhaul tried charging me for an extra 3 days. How is it, that staff cannot check in a truck for 4 days??? This is a small lot by the way, maybe 6 or 7 trucks period. And staff doesn't know when there is an extra one for 4 days? Someone is sleeping on job.

Came in around 3:45 last minute same day rental deal because the website was acting up. My wife and I forgot to grab their names but they were both extremely helpful. The lady at the desk that helped call and seal the deal was so helpful getting us a truck. Thank you so much for an amazing experience and work getting us a box truck!
