I had a very disappointing experience at this post office due to the behavior of one of the employees. The lady who assisted me was extremely unprofessional and rude. From the moment I approached the counter, she seemed irritated and unwilling to help. She spoke to me in a condescending tone and acted as though my questions were a bother to her. As someone simply trying to send a package and ask a couple of basic questions, I found her attitude completely unacceptable.

Went in to get passports for 2 of our kids. Walked in at 1030am and they only do walk ins from 11am to 12pm (Tuesday to Thursday-no walk ins on Mondays and Fridays)....so if you don't have an appointment make sure you get there EARLY. There were 3 people in front of us and luckily we made it in time before their cut-off because they will stop taking walk ins at 12! Mario was super friendly and works fast. Will definitely recommend this place to others as the other locations in OKC are always super packed. Thank you Mario for your help!

This location and the staff is not helpful when it comes to getting passports. They may have a sign that says they accept walk ins, but that has not proven to be the case. Very inefficient, and frankly a waste of federal funds.

Why wasn't the passport processing woman fired? There are so many bad reviews about her. Because she is really bad and doesn't provide good service. She always asks you to come back at 11 o'clock. If we have time to come back, do we still need to make an appointment online?

all about the passport application. The woman's attitude is very unfriendly. Every time she gives different reasons, we have to make a new appointment or come back after 11 o'clock. We have to wait for 1 month for one appointment. We don't have much free time to play with you. The only reason seems to be that this lady is not very friendly to foreign people.

The lady who helped us with passports was very helpful. She knew her stuff and wasn't shy in sharing her expertise... she was very sweet, friendly & helpful! She should train many other US postal workers across the country! She would definitely help in the overall opinion of postal workers, in my opinion.

So we’re just not walking the 15 feet to knock on front doors anymore? Instead I have to get a “sorry we missed you while you were out notice,” the day before a major holiday while I’m sitting on my couch the entire time? UPS would never.

We had booked a passport appointment online and were immediately helped when we walked in. The employee Mario was great and helpful!! Had no issues at all.

I love our post office. Small town feel. There's an older lady who works the counter who is very knowledgeable, extremely friendly and goes above and beyond. The other counter folks are also friendly, but she's a hoot. If I had any capacity for learning names, hers is one I would know. She's not the boss, but seems very qualified!

Had to go in a second time for passport diligence. The second time, I was treated exceptionally well by Mario, and today, Mark helped us as well. Thank you both for being so kind and helpful with my girls passport process. Blessings!
Update: I had an issue with one of the passport applications not found or received by the U.S. Department. Had to go to the post office today, Feb 25. Once again, Mario attended me with the help of Cindy to find out what happened with my daughter's passport application. I called and was told they never received it twice. Mario called today with my child's info and was told they had just gotten her paperwork a couple of days ago. Mind that my appointment was almost at the end of Jan. All have to say that Mario especially has done an excellent job with my whole passport journey. Cindy gave me great info and assured me that everything would be OK. Thank you both for your help today. Que Dios derrame muchas bendiciones sobre cada uno desde este grupo que son eccepcional en la ofisina postal de Mustang!

I came in as a walk-in today to certify my child’s expedited passport. Gentleman at the front stated that he didn’t know how to process our paperwork as it is through FedEx’s expedited passport service. He called a coworker right in front of us on his cell phone as she was on break and she stated to wait 15mins and she would be in to help us. We waited 15mins and came back in and got to the counter, it was totally empty in the Post Office at this point and let her know we waited for the coworker that could assist us. This woman was very rude to us and stated that because we didn’t have an appointment she could not help us. When I told her of the situation and that the Gentleman spoke to his coworker and she told us to wait for her, she said, that doesn’t matter you need an appointment, its now after 12pm. We pleaded with her to help because we need our passport expedited after paying $600 to get in here on time. She said “well I can’t help you because you need an appointment and I’m not helping walk-ins after 12pm, you can drive to Dallas, TX and they can help you. I am so disappointed in this Post Office and that woman should be fired for how nasty and rude she was.
