Friday 1/19/2024 I stopped in the Verizon store. Of the 3 Verizon stores Hunter at the Mustang Verizon store location was the only employee to show me a phone that would pay off my previous phone up to $200. So not only did I do that but I spent far less then I planned on. I also didn't have to wait to file a claim on my previous phone that I didn't know if it would last much longer. Hunter was very helpful and amazing.

Joel was super friendly and helpful! My husband and I went In last night to get new phones and Joel took his time explaining all the different options for us and was very understanding and nice ! 10/10 will definitely recommend Verizon and love Joel!

Maci did an excellent job helping us! She went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great experience! We had called Verizon and had no help but Maci, at the store in Mustang looks for ways to say yes, I can help instead of no.And she did help us with lots of complex problems! I highly recommend her!

Brendan helped us at the Mustang store. He was very nice & extremely helpful. He made the whole process of switching over & trading in our phones very easy. He was able to get us good deals & answered all of our questions with patience.

Brendan was very helpful. His large feet help him move about the store very swiftly so we was able to accomplish a lot in little time. He made the switch from our old carrier very smooth, almost as smooth as his skin.

My wife and I had an issue on our account and we spoke on the phone with Byron at the Mustang, OK Verizon store. He was immediately rude to my wife, unprofessional, kept repeating there was nothing he or anyone could do except the initial rep that handled our account. Byron continued being evasive and rude, cutting my wife off when she was speaking. He said the rep that initially handled our account was the only person that could help, I told him he represented Verizon, why can’t he handle it, and again Byron became haughty, rude and unwilling to help. So I got haughty back and asked him if the initial rep was the only person on the entire planet that could help and if his help alone encompassed all of the corporation that is Verizon. STILL rude, unprofessional and unwilling to assist in any way. If you don’t like dealing with customer complaints go find something else to do. We called corporate and got our issue handled immediately so clearly Byron lied and just doesnt care to help with customer issues. So we filed a formal complaint. I wouldnt recommend going to this store if Byron is working unless you want an unprofessional amateur experience.

Traded in phone and never received credit and come back to store and they can’t fix problem because there system is down. New Apple Watch 3 months old and stops working while I’m in the store and they still can’t even replace that!

Get your stuff together, the entire store smells like sewage and it appears there is no heater in there? what in the third world country. who in the dictatorship is pinching pennies so hard they cant pay to take care of their store. I will be contacting corporate verizon about this. This store needs to be closed down.

Wow… to my surprise I was sold a lifetime screen protector for my wife and I, for our new iPhone 14 ‘s … when came time to get it replaced because of bubble and crack… low and behold the salesman said it would be replaced for free just bring it in … well that was a lie .. apparently 6 months later there is a cost involved. My mistake, trusting them to keep their promises… get it in writing !You have lost my business and respect.Hopefully others will be advised.Update… I am going to be perfectly honest , Cellular Sales reached out to me and made good on our issue. Thank you for your willingness to do what it takes to make sure your customers are completely satisfied.Thank You
