I am, unfortunately, forced to use Walgreens pharmacy per my insurance. And in the 2 years I have been forced to use them not once have they ever gotten a prescription correct it is always an absolute nightmare trying to get my prescriptions filled properly. They always blame it on the doctor and I know for a fact it is not the doctor's fault. They just don't know how to run a pharmacy maybe they should just go to a variety store and close all of their pharmacies down. Not one single time have I ever gone to pick up my prescriptions that they were correct. This has greatly affected my health because I have had to ration medication that I absolutely have to have in order to survive. I'm a type 1 diabetic and I have had to ration and only take a quarter of the medication that I need to survive because they can't get my prescriptions right. I have developed health conditions that I would not have developed had I not had to ration my insulin. Maybe I should get a lawyer and Sue.

I appreciate Lilly and Brittany. They were kind and helpful to get my prescription filled as the pharmacy was apparently closing. The hours are all different on various sites. Not sure why Walgreens doesn't fix that element. It makes for some frustrated customers. My visit was awhile back.

Ok so.we left Walgreens Pharmacy 2 years ago because of their Customer service is the worst, had to go back to them for 2 scripts due to coupon I was there over 2 hours waiting no communication.then they tell me
because my insurance applied to deductible coupon won't work
Lies I called this morning they are valid so now I get to call and deal with them Again
They need Desperate customer service training

My 6 month old son is extremely sick and spent yesterday in the hospital. His doctor sent the prescription yesterday and we received a message stating the medication was ready for pick up the same day. So I go to pick up the medication today and the pharmacy tech had a terrible attitude from the moment I pulled up to the drive-thru. I gave her my son’s name and stated that there were 13 prescriptions and they were all sent in this morning. I knew it was incorrect because there was only one that was stated on his discharge paperwork. I gave her the information on the prescription and she said that was only one of them. Not once did she ask for our address or his date of birth to confirm the information she was giving me was correct. She had a poor attitude and couldn’t even do her job correctly. The wait times at this pharmacy are always terrible but the other pharmacy techs at least gather the correct information. My son went almost ALL DAY without his medication because this girl couldn’t do her job. I will never do business at this location. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Walgreens or use CVS across the street.

Pharmacy drive thru is horrible at this one. It's nothing to sit behind someone at the window for 30min-1hr at this location. You would think if a car at the window is waiting on something for more than 10-15min, just ask them to pull back thru or come inside. Don't just let the line stack up while waiting on one person. The employees are usually nice when you walk in. There's just not much common sense when it comes to the phramacy drive-thru.

I called the pharmacy to see if they had my insurance on file. The man transfered me to someone guarding the insurance question the woman asked me for my name and information and said yeah we don't talk to the pharmacy so we don't know what they have you calling us for after I gave her the information she asked she said okay so what are you needing I said I just needed to know that Walgreens had my insurance on file she did not say bye okay thank you she hung up in my face.

These people are a joke. Wait time is ridiculous service is a nightmare. I'm moving my family's scripts to another pharmacy. We won't be back.

Worst store in the state. I will never use them for anything. Called for emergency prescription they said they had it in the store and ready. Drive 40 minutes out of the way to pick it up and they say when I get there they don’t have it on hand at the store. Put me in a bind and now have to wait until tomorrow call my doctor and change pharmacy. They are also bad about changing scripts to generic without asking you and 2 of them can’t be taken together. Stay away from Walgreens they are no good.

I have Covid. My doctor called in prescription for Pavlovic last Tues. Walgreens called said they were out and it would be in on WED.and would let me know. It's 'Friday & I still haven't herd from them. I've been too sick to keep after them.

The staff in the pharmacy are not professional and they are rude. If I could give a zero star rating I would. I will never go back there.
