I just wanted to say thank you to the pharmacist that worked 1/7/24! They were short staffed but still took care of me with short notice call in for a medication. The Pharmacist was working the register bc they were short staffed and he was so nice and smiling at each customer. He reassured me about medication was ok to take since it was a different brand.

I went in to pay for my script the lady kept telling me my credit card wasn't working to use another one. It is my bank card an as soon as she walked away it went through she wasn't pressing buttons on the computer. I then proceeded to use the same card at the register to buy my groceries I didn't have a problem. Maybe it's your register in the pharmacy the same problem happened to an older lady ahead of me in the line?

Nissy Thomas, the pharmacy manager was really a great supporter for my experience at the Walmart pharmacy!! She went over and above and explained each of my medications to me. I will come to this pharmacist and this pharmacy for all my needs!

I thought drive thru was for pickup not to get filled and sit in drive thru while being filled. I sit 45 minutes and I'm not over reacting behind 1 car last evening for that reason. I had a bad experience in your drive thru for that reason so I can not give good raiting sorry. I feel you need to fix this problem!! Not to mention I was very very sick with COVID !!!!?

They are trying to force us all to self checkout. Waited in line 32 minutes while they had five people on the clock whose sole purpose is to monitor self checkout. Let that sink in.

When I called, spoke to lady on phone was very rude and kept interrupting me before I could answer her questions. Also had to repeat myself several times. Suggestion have a pen and paper ready to write down information instead of asking customer several times. Felt like I was an inconvenience for calling. It’s about customer service, it is your job to provide a service where customer are spending money. It’s not hard!!!!

I love that they have drive through now. I don't quite understand why they keep changing their hours though. They were open until 9:00PM then changed to 7:00PM. They went back to 9:00PM but now they have gone back to 7:00PM. The service is great and the employees are super friendly.

Honestly the most incompetent pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Multiple times they say, “we didn’t get that sent in, doesn’t show it, blah blah blah”… this time it was from the ER, across the street. They can’t resubmit them. Hospital shows it was sent. I’m done giving them my business.
