“I had some mail that got hung up at a sorting hub and a very kind employee walked me through how to submit the right forms to get it back on track. My shipment got moving right away after his help. Thank you!”
“I went to mail an overnight package and didn’t have my wallet or a box. The lady was very helpful by finding a box suitable for the package and very patient while I figured out how to use my phone to pay. ??”
