Came in tonight to get some help with Re-Establishing My service with a phone that was replaced by the insurance policy. All three employees that were there tonight were awesome.Amazing attitudes. Very helpful. Shout out to Bree, Prince, and Dustin!

Location closes at 7. I arrived at 530, waiting over 45 mins for help just for Dustin to go in the back and yell “why do these people always come in late” to another coworker..so I left and will be finding another phone provider. Please teach your employees the importance of customer service. Dustin is extremely rude!!

Walked in and waited 15 minutes only a few people in the store not one word was said to us so we walked out. No hello no goodbye. No be right with you. Won’t go back will go to mustang I guess

I just walked out of this store after waiting inside for 20 minutes.
I was not greeted or acknowledged at all. I understand that the employee was with a customer and had another waiting, but learn a little customer service. Acknowledge your customers, let them know you're busy, and you'll be with them as soon as possible.
If that had happened, I would have gladly waited to spend my money here. Instead, I'll never use this location again.

The associate that helped me went above and beyond to help explain each option to me to make sure I was making the right choice. He had a no pressure sales tactics that made me feel at ease and actually ended up convincing me to spend a lot more than I originally intended. I came in to upgrade my phone and ended up upgrading my husband's phone and purchasing 2 iPads as well. Great team at this location and very helpful service. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend!!

I was never the biggest fan of At&t until I walked in this store and met Erica. Customer service was beyond incredible product knowledge amazing! You can tell she cares about her customers and sincerely wants them to be happy. That's the way every customer service representative/sales manager should be.
