“Isaiah saved me! I was in Norman from out of town and ended up with a tire that couldn’t be patched and I needed to get home on Saturday. I called 8 places in Norman on Good Friday who did not have my tire in stock including waiting on hold and talking to several off-shore call centers. Isaiah was super helpful the minute he answered the phone. He told me the tires could be available from a local warehouse in a couple of hours. When the warehouse delivery didn’t get there on time on Friday, he personally picked up the tires Saturday morning and got them replaced Saturday. He went above and beyond!! Highly recommend!!”

“Mercury Ins. Company suspended my request for full coverage on my 2007 Toyota Tacoma because the photos showed the windows were down 1 inch when I took the photos.
They sent a request to my agent for more photos with the windows rolled up all the way (1 inch up)! I did not receive the request from my agent because the request for more photos from his underwriter went into his Spam and he was not aware of it at the time. Meanwhile I was assaulted by a homeless character and left bleeding on the Church floor. He took my wallet, keys and stole my truck. Fire, police and ambulance came and checked me out and took me to Mercy Hospital for a CT scan on my head because of me being on blood thinners. I had several hematomas and x-rays taken. They found no internal bleeding and no broken bones and sen me home with some pain medication.
Since then the Edmond police pulled this guy over who was driving my stolen truck. He lied his way out to the police and they let him go and they took my truck to their impound lot. I went and got my truck with my wife and met detective Martinez to go over the vehicle. There was several pieces of evidence in the truck that belonged to the thief. However, the thief damaged the rear of my truck especially the tailgate area and some other scratches on the side of the truck. So when I went to look into my Insurance coverage for the damages apparently I had no Comp or collision coverage. So now I have no coverage from Mercury Ins Co. to help me through this horrible
situation that just took place to me and my wife.
Does anyone have any advice for me to see if I can get this situation resolved with Mercury Ins Co?”

“Mrs. Lindsay Moore and another gentleman i spoke with i apologize i didnt get his name, but they have no clue who i am or what our small family has been through BUT have still by far went above an beyond to help me with getting everything set up. 2023 was an extremely rough year after having family murdered, losing my child *baby boy* my husbands twin brother, husbands mother, my mother, my father, and my grandfather, the expenses of medical, funeral expenses, attorneys and investigations. And murder investigations that will continue up to 2 years, Left us without insurance for a few weeks but they were able to get me set up quickly and for about the same rate as what I was paying even a little cheaper. "You never know what people are going through or have been through" and these 2 beautiful peoples knew none of this but still treated me with the most care and respect. I truly hope their office knows what heartfilled beautiful people they have in their office. THANK YOU! sincerely thank you.”

“Im not gonna give a bad review over my review just want people to know don't apply for a quote online. I got a quote of $85 a month with Uninsured motorist and was ready to check out when it jumped to $160 something a month with a $303 down payment! if you want a quote I suggest go in person lol”
