“The October 2025 hail storm broke one of my windows, so I called a company I've worked with in the past and they recommended Binswanger Glass. They had someone out to my house a few hours later to take measurements, and once the new pane came in (just a few days later) they had a technician out there to replace the old glass. Burt (my technician) was wonderful to work with. He kept the workspace clean and free of broken glass (both during and after replacement), and my new window was installed in less than two hours. The new window perfectly matches the one below it, except that the new one is much cleaner. I couldn't be happier with the work they did and will use them for future services.”

“This shop and the owner Hector definitely went above and beyond for me today i needed an inverter for my tractor installed and nobody else in OKC would do it and if they would it was gone cost about $200 he gave me a GREAT price and even had appts all day and still managed to squeezed me in 20min after I called and spoke to him! “We went to replace our Toyota tundra tailgate handle as well as our backup camera that is attached to our tailgate handle. Their receptionist (Claudia) is incredibly kind and helpful and answered any questions we had when she could, and let us speak to someone else when she wasn’t sure. The parts supplier ended up getting somewhat delayed, but that wasn’t on Gerber at all and they let us know immediately what the plan was and how long it might take. While in the end they worked really, really hard to fix our back up camera, it ended up being a different issue with our truck so we didn’t end up getting our back up camera finished right now (our choice) but we did get the tailgate handle repaired and they allowed us to hold onto the new camera until we’re able to repair our other issue later down the road. Jerry was really good at keeping us updated as well and helping with any insurance questions when our insurance needed to get a hold of them. Overall, they’re really quick to respond and extremely helpful. I would recommend them 100%. Oh, and as a bonus, when we got there to pick up, they also had all the vehicles pulled inside due to the fact that it might possibly storm. So they definitely also go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is safe.”
