My 2020 Ford F-250 King Ranch was involved in a front end collision, but a golf cart, driven by wife. I thought the only damage was to the headlight, but after careful and thoughtful inspection by the staff at Gerber, it was discovered, that a number of items had to be replaced. Jenny @ Gerber was assigned to oversee my claim and repairs. Working with Jenny was an absolute pleasure. She was very attentive, thoughtful, professional and friendly. She really knows her stuff and how to treat people. My repairs were completed in a very timely fashion, and Jenny called me every day with updates. The. Repair staff did an amazing job. Everything works again and looks like brand new. I can't say enough about my heart experience. Thank you all soooooo much, especially Ms. Jenny. You're Da Bomb.

I sent my 2022 Civic here for repair from a hail storm. I’ve done paint and body work so I know what a good job looks like.
There were dozens of chips in the clear coat after the hail storm. When I asked the manager why they did not fix them he became disrespectful, dismissive and said, “maybe it was caused by bird poop.”
They also billed the insurance company for work they obviously did not do such as removing the bumper cover and blending in the paint into adjacent panels. Also, the clear coat on the rails is marred from dragging their air hose over it. Now I have to take my car to another body shop to fix their poor workmanship.

Worst customer service imaginable. They broke a tail light during removal and didn't bother telling me or fixing it. There's blue paint splatter under the clear coat on my silver truck. The hood is still all scratched up. They didn't paint my brush guard. And the list goes on & on. Clint is a horrible person. He only sent me updates after I called. Which was only once every two weeks. He didn't have the drive train quoted which caused my insurance to try and total my truck. It took over two months and still wasn't complete. The lady in the office said he wasn't there when I picked up my truck but, I watched him peel out of the parking lot while i was on the phone with my insurance! I will never use Gerber again.

My daughter was in an accident less than 2 weeks from her planned drive to Florida for the summer. GM Clint and the Gerber team in Newcastle went above and beyond getting the car ready just in time. Thank you!!

I took my car to have the front bumper/passenger side repaired along with the passenger front fender. I went to pick up the car and the fender was fixed but not the bumper. So I had to wait longer for my car I also had a headlamp put in and now the adaptive lighting doesn't work. I told them and they checked a few things and basically told me to take it to a dealer to have it checked because it could be a defective lamp from the manufacturer or leave it with them for at least a week. I had to take the car back because the bumper kept popping out. They ordered a part that should have been replaced. The adaptive lighting still doesn't work and the fender is rubbing the door when it opens and looks like the bumper and fender are smashed together.

If I could give 100 stars I would! I was helped by Feli and she was amazing! My car was not properly fixed at another shop and she took hold and got things HANDLED! She communicated every step of the way, my car is back to being beautiful and it’s clean and spotless! I highly recommend!! Thank you so much!!

If I could give none I would I was very disappointed bc I still had dents in my truck and I had rubber bumper things in the bed of my truck. Then my father in law drove it and found out that they took the sound proof thing out of my door
