“They were very busy when we got there but everyone was working so fast and so well. When they got to my car, they were able to patch up my tire for only $15 and once it was our turn, got us fixed up and back on the road super fast! Definitely will visit again when needed”

The guys up front are very knowledgeable,efficent, and friendly. Having a lift and tires put on in 2 different visits they voiced their concer s before any work started and extra charges miraculously show up. Luckily there weren't any problems. Explained the maintenance I should do before bringing it in for a checkup later. The guy who put the lift on really impressed me came out after and explained everything, which I knew already but still nice to have that little extra even after I got my tires a week later he came out and asked if all was good. Checking g up on himself. The tire guy was a youngster but waited till I was there to loaf my old tires to make sure they would ride to my satisfaction and very careful about the cleanliness of the inside of my 4runner. Plus they beat every price in town and got me in when they scheduled me in.
Definately recommend and will be back myself.”

“Very happy with the service I received from this 3rd generation business. I’d like to respond to some of the negative reviews this companies received. Customers need to understand that there are many parts working together to keep our vehicles running. Some parts work in conjunction with each other so we may go in and ask for one item to be fixed, not understanding or knowing there are other parts that work i. Conjunction with that part resulting in multiple repairs in order for that part to continue to function properly. Secondly You should not judge when you see someone standing around, especially back in the workstation; they might be waiting for a test result on a diagnosis; they might be waiting for a part that was ordered to come in. They might even be taking the required break. I also understand unexpected frustration. I’ve been ripped off many many times in my life , but I found this place was genuinely very fair in their pricing and workmanship”

“Visiting in Norman from PA, I was using daughter in laws car and got a screw in the back tire. After calling several other places and explaining my circumstances this business was the only one that said "bring it right in" after putting his address in my GPS I realized he was only 5 minutes from where I was. Drove right there and took me right in and got me right out. Very friendly, very clean shop, and very understanding of my circumstance. The price for fixing my tire was absolutely reasonable. I took his card and gave it to my son so he can use him in the future. TO THE OWNER, THANKS FOR FIXING ME UP AT THE LAST MINUTE.”

“Needed repairs to my front lug nuts and rear wheel bearing. They assessed the repairs needed and ordered the parts. They were straightforward about what we needed to keep our car safe and there wasn't pressure or a ton of upselling. After the parts arrived, I came to the shop for repairs and they were very accommodating to me. I was lucky and the repairs didn't take as long as expected. My car sounds beautiful now and I'm happy with my experience here. It's nice to have a shop near me with mechanics I can trust”

She tried to be very helpful and I left the store. I think his name was Rodriguez was his last name. Oh my gosh, he was so good so nice so polite so understanding he tested the battery and got us a new one installed. They’re just awesome.”
“Wasn’t even getting my tires done, but had an issue where I couldn’t get my wheels off a ‘new to me’ truck. The gentleman at the front desk let me borrow a spline lug nut socket for 45 mins then return it. I can’t tell you how much of a life saver that was.

We called Rodriguez and they delivered! 4 new trailer tires installed in 45 minutes and they got there as quickly as they could. The guys were friendly and the price was fair. “Got me and replaced my tire in a great time. I was able to leave my car there to be serviced and they said they would call me in about an hour to let me know it was ready. I walked to a nearby restaurant to get lunch. Right as I was leaving the restaurant, they did call me and it was right at 1 hour.”
