“Warmer trucks haha Overall the entire experience was amazing! The employees were very helpful to my needs & got me exactly what I needed. The 15' truck worked amazing & no issues whatsoever, except when I pinched my finger on the lock (my fault) .. If I or anyone else ever needs a uhaul truck again, I'll definitely recommend this place!

“I enjoyed driving this Penske truck for two days and pulling a trailer for 1269 miles with no problem. Scott f. made sure to provide a truck in good condition. He went to Norman to get the truck and I made it safely. The truck has a back up camera, lane assist, and cruise control, which is way better than U-haul trucks. A fill tank goes only 300. miles.”
“They repaired the lift gate fast! no waiting. Not sure if it's like this all the time but on a Tuesday afternoon because of all the road construction and an accident it took longer to get two extra leaves than it did to get the work done. And the guy that did the work was fantastic.”
“The web site is misleading as far as getting the entire order filled. I understand the trailer is the main component, however dollies and blankets should be filled as well. Feedback when the reservation is confirmed for pickup should include everything requested.”
“Had to go back a bit on the small gravelly road - that threw me for a loop, because it's a uhaul facility and I generally associate them with bigger operations ?

“I rented a cargo van, furniture dolly, and some other things from this U-Haul dealer earlier this week. I was very pleased. It seems they have a whole fleet of new cargo vans. Mine had less than 500 miles on it and was super clean. Unlike a much older cargo van I rented from a different U-Haul location earlier this month, the new U-Haul van I got from 640 W MacArthur Blvd had electronically adjustable side mirrors (not ones that had to be adjusted manually), a rearview mirror that displayed very helpful images and guides from a back up camera, and a radio. The staff at U-Haul on 640 W MacArthur Blvd was friendly and competent. Also, this U-Haul location is just a short walk from MacArthur BART. So it's very easy to get to by public transit. (I took Emery Go-Round.) This is especially important since parking your personal vehicle near BART is almost impossible.”
