Anytime a package is big we get a note instead of delivering the package. Turns out our driver has to provide his own vehicle, which cannot accommodate all of the large packages that people often get. I can't imagine if a disabled person or elderly person needed a larger delivery and was forced to find someone to bring them to the post office to pick it up. USPS needs to do better and provide its workers with the tools they need to complete their jobs.

If you have a business in this town and you have outgoing mail but have no mail coming in your mail is not important enough to be picked up and they do not answer there phones .It is understandable why they need to be phased out the service sucks and when Chris left this place feel apart.

Laziest delivery drivers in the world. Get a no access notification any time a car is on same side of the street as my house. I make sure my MILs car is pulled up to allow mail delivery.

The actual post office has very friendly staff, but delivery in my neighborhood is very hit and miss….says I have a delivery, but was given the wrong parcel locker key. Details matter- it’s frustrating waiting half a month for delivery, just to be given the wrong parcel locker key! 😒

The people are very friendly, 5 Star, but the PO Box rates just went up by almost 400%. Not the employee's fault, but they told me it was due to The Outpost down the street offering mailboxes so the PO switched to "competitive pricing." I checked with The Outpost, they are also too pricey, but quadrupling your rates to be competitive, um...that's now how competitive works. It almost feels like they are just not wanting people to have PO Boxes.

Impossible to get a human on the phone which is very frustrating, but otherwise I was trying to brag on our mail carrier, Valerie. Please spread to her manager that she does an outstanding, above and beyond job. We greatly appreciate her and she deserves recognition. Thank you
