Ryan is the man. This guy knows what he is doing. I see all over these reviews that they are over priced but you pay for what you get If you ever go make sure to ask for Ryan. we will not buy from any other place but Vape It in New Castle.

Very good customer service, they warned me these burn out easy... didn't even make it 3 draws in.. amd I let it sit after pulled the tab like he said. I hope the other 3 I bought aren't like this though... that's a lot of money to just be out.

Spent 100 dollars at this pos first mode failed they set me up with new mode worked for 1 day said they could fix it to no avail said they would set me up again told them keep everything and have a good day. Would never recommend or advise ever darken the door steps again. But will keep righting reviews on this pos of a business

They do an in house vape solution that is more vape oil then flavor. Employee wouldn't begin to tell me what flavors where in the mix when asked. I got the dragon fruit and hand on a bible it tasted like cough syrup. Went the next day to my normal vape shop and had them replace the coil and he recoiled in horror at the playdough smell.

Staff is always helpful and friendly every time I go in! I've been to several locations around the metro and they are by far the most consistent!

Would not recommend spent 100.00 on junk gear stay far far away from them. First saltnic mod tank was bad and they had no replacement second nod to replace the first one lasted 1 day junk junk junk
