Been coming to this location for years however in the last few months the pharmacy drive thru customer service has declined alot. I was first and waited for a few minutes before even being acknowledged. It also happened again today. There were plenty of people standing around inside. Hope it gets better soon.

Been using them for years! They work so hard and are so polite when I have a question. It’s always yes ma’am yes sir and thank you have a wonderful day. My medication is always right. I recommend enjoying the experience for yourself. Thank you

I was contacted that my medication was filled and ready. I came to pick it up, and they sent out two rather than one. So, as I was looking at it, trying to figure it out. The pharmacy tech asked me to move on because she had other people to tend to. There was one car behind me and no one in the other lane. So I questioned why She was in a hurry and I knew that if I left with the medication, I could not return it. She was rude and one reason why I do not typically use this location.

Pharmacy is pathetic, they are rude and don't really know their stuff. They act like they are in control of you and have some sort of power that entitles them. They don't, they are nothing, and I now go next door to Wal Mart, they are cheaper and actually know what they are doing. Pretty sad actually

Could be the slowest Walgreens on the planet!!!! The staff inside the store are friendly. That's the reason I gave them 2 stars versus 1 stars.

Zero stars. Want to discuss a medication? Don't speak to the male Asian behind the counter, he's the single-most rude person you will encounter in "customer service". My wife - who is undergoing cancer treatments - wanted to discuss the price of a prescribed medication that is also readily available over the counter at about 1/10th the cost, and this self-absorbed loser decided to shout at my wife instead of givin a damn to listen. Walgreens just lost a 30 year customer & his entire family. I will be making it a personal mission to make sure how terrible this location treats it's customers, and they won't touch another penny I've earned. John Roper Newcastle, OK

This Walgreens is the worst pharmacy in Oklahoma. They are hateful and rude. They don't care about their customers. I wouldn't use this pharmacy if l was dying.

Tristen/Trista. Worst customer experience with them. I continue to use Walgreens as option 3 because their employees tend to be rude. Example today. They get frustrated when ask questions on their process. I’m a middle person to the provider and pharmacy. I have to communicate effectively and in order to Im trying to understand the process to keep it simple for both of you and prevent multiple calls.

I’ve had to come here twice within the last month. My kids had strep then my daughter had an ear infection a few weeks later. Both visits were under an hour. The doctors are excellent and were able to quickly diagnose my kids. Thanks guys! :)

Very unprofessional move by the pharmacy in Newcastle,OkWe pulled into the lane at 1:29 on Sunday. Min before close at the glass window. Was a car on the other side getting a prescription filled. Pharmacist didn’t even look at us and slammed a closed sign in the window and walked away. Time for a new place
