Everyone was very friendly, the purchasing process was very simple and straightforward with no sales pressure, the container was delivered a few days sooner than expected and was placed and leveled in about an hour. I am very happy with the container and Better Barns and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a shipping container or shed.

This place is awful, communication and customer service is an absolute zero. Paid $300 dollars for survey and they held it for 4+ weeks with no communication, salesman barely responded when I called to find out what was the hold up. Project guy just straight up ghosted us. Zero follow up to me when I called and complained about not hearing from anyone. COMPLETE JOKE OF A BUSINESS
I guess a 62,000 build was to small for them

Bought a carport earlier this year and the guys that work there are great to do business with and the guys who came out and put it up were very professional and did a great job . I will definitely use better barns in the future

From conception to delivery, better Barns did a fantastic job with our 12x16 shed. Big shout out to our delivery driver Dakota for getting it up a mountain for us to use as a hunting cabin! Excellent service all around!

I have been looking at a lot of barn builders and building types for a few months along with calling and quoting. Some was reasonable and some not so over energetic to help me with how I was needing to be able to have a barn built. One day I was passing through Noble, Oklahoma on my way home from a job and swung in to check out their styles and selection. I spotted a nice triple wide open ended carport with 9ft walls and I was really liking the ideas it set in my mind. I took pictures of it to show to my fiancé that evening and she suggested I talk to Better Barns salesman, Chris, and see what it would cost to enclose it out with double doors and a walk in along with the two windows and so I did. He quoted all that to me and its availability to be a Rent to Own and very much in my price range along with what was needed up front. I did what he asked of me and three weeks later the barn crew showed up and installed the barn in a very efficient timeframe. I will say, the crew that was here did the upmost outstanding and professional job I have seen in a long time. They take their time to be accurate in measuring and cutting the barn pieces to what it needs to be and also just because they take time for this doesn’t mean they are slow. Tuesday at 11:15am they pulled up to start building, at 9pm that night my barn just needed the two roll doors, windows and the trim to be finished and Wednesday at 10:30 they were pulling out finished with my barn. They picked up their trash that they had made each day before leaving and ran a magnet all over and around barn to get any loose screws they had accidentally dropped. (So far I have only found 4 since they left) but that’s an outstanding pickup job to me. (I had a pole barn house built from a barn company that after they left it was a year later almost before I was able to not be picking up screws that they left on the ground along with trash from building scraps plus those guys never finished out trimming the house and they didn’t care. Needless to say they aren’t in business anymore.) If you’re looking for an affordable building with Easy rent to own paperwork and or buying outright these guys at Better Barns are the ones to check out for sure! Chris is their salesman’s name he’s a heck of a great man to talk to and he’ll help with whatever needs and questions ya have.

As someone who has been around construction their whole life, I can tell you that these guys are very knowledgeable about how things need to be done. They were customer service and solution oriented throughout the whole process of acquiring my shop building. From custom design in the office to hands on experienced tradesman in the field, their expertise was easy to see through their work. I am impressed with the outcome and eagerness to please the customer. I couldn't have asked for more. They had a tough job but we ended up with a windmill being removed, cistern being filled in, busted up old slabs and sidewalks being removed, trees and stumps being removed as well as full scale grading around the building to suite the needs of the property and building site. It even rained the next day to show that they had graded the lot perfectly with no standing water. These guys are professionals and have all the equipment necessary to complete even difficult land preparation tasks. Thank you Dallen, Vance, Dakota and Bradley for getting me to the finish line on this project. Hope to work together again.

This is our second time buying a storage building from Better Barns. Owner stayed late one night to show us buildings and another gentleman stayed late to allow us to come buy a building. Really appreciate them taking time. These are great buildings to. Thank you.
