I spent $10 for an automatic car wash, but it wasn’t working. I texted and called the number I saw posted for reporting problems, but I’ve gotten no reply.
There wasn’t any barrier up, or signs, to keep people from paying or trying to use the automatic car wash stall.
When I backed up, to make sure the payment machine was working, I noticed the Red/Yellow/Green light system (that indicates to move your car forward) wasn’t on. I wish I’d realized it was broken before paying.
Given that others are stating problems with the equipment, and I can’t get any information from the operator, I won’t be wasting my money at this car wash anymore.

I find myself excited if anything at all works when I come by. Don't know why I even bother. Today the vacuum took my money and the filters were clogged. They also didn't have heads.
The "high pressure soap" was just water. Which is much better than the last time I came by. The pump was out then.
The whole place needs to be bull dozed down and rebuilt. It's really, really bad.

Usually don't have any problems, today the drive through wasn't in service, the air freshener dispenser ate my money and never registered that I ever put any in, the timer display wasn't working, and when using the foaming brush it kept getting tangled with spray hose (when it wasn't slamming against my vehicle)

I put two $5 bills in their automatic car wash it does not work they are stealing money off of people on a car wash that does not work and there's no phone number to contact them if I was everybody I would not go to that car wash ever they're thieves

Went thru the automatic wash. No undercarriage blast, no soap on the presoak, and left dryer didn't work...paid the highest price point and expected alot better than just a water wash.

Ridiculous how filthy my car is after getting a $10 wash here..the left blower dryer doesn't work either. Such a wast of money. Has even left purple soap on my car before too!

This car wash sucks there's literally no soap in the foaming soap Brush. Also the tire soaker and the pre soap do not work on any of them This is overall an ill managed car wash

I’ve called twice about the broken left dryer on the auto wash touchless. Going to try it one last time and it it’s not fixed I’m done going here. Was trying to stay local but they don’t seem to care about maintenance. Maybe it’s a part issue, I don’t know!
