I don’t know when the younger employees decided it was okay to just be rude to customers. I’ve experienced it here and at the one on alameda and east 24th. They’re rude. The porter workers are always nice and most the people at the workers at alameda and 24th are nice, but I don’t understand why they have attitudes. I’ve seen the workers have people under 18 behind the counter a month or so, and a customer told them it wasn’t okay.

Normally wouldn’t leave a gas station a review but man I’m impressed! I mentioned to them I’d love to see cold coors sold in 6 packs and they started putting it out! Talk about customer service!

I came here to get gas and I paid with Apple Pay. The pump took everything that was in my Apple Pay. I went inside to ask the worker what had happened because I only put $15 into my tank. He was extremely rude and told me he would call the manager. I told him that was okay and that I would wait and no need to rush. I just wanted to figure out what was going on. I let the people behind me go in front of me and he helped them. He didn’t call the manager and acted like I was lying to him and made it seem like it wasn’t a big deal. It might have just been a simple mistake but he was very rude. I’m not trying to make the complaint to be bitchy. I just think that this is a problem that y’all need to look into and he needs to be trained on better customer service. I work in customer service. I get it. It’s annoying whenever people start complaining but… NO GAS STATION should take all my money on my account when I only put $15 into the tank!! If you go here, make sure you get a receipt and be careful because he did absolutely nothing! Manager sounded nice tho!

I would not recommend this location to anyone. They are never fully stocked so I can't rely on this location. It's a convenient store but it's not convenient if you go and can't find anything to buy. I have to go somewhere else to get a Gatorade or a tea.

Denise is the most friendly and personable attendant! ❤️?
I noticed that most of the wine selections were expired, and when I mentioned it, Denise got right on it!
I also got some of the taquitos and was disappointed that they were soggy and not hot.
Even still, Denise made me smile so I left happy despite the issues

Very rude assistant manager and cashier @ this 7-11!
I paid for gas in cash today, and I was told by the employee's at the front I had already pumped $5 of gas, when my pump was clearly not working the first try. She automatically accused me of her wrong doing, as if I was lying.
Went back in the store, to have to wait again for her to turn my pump on, after it clearly wasn't working.
The 2 blond headed girls at the front looked like they were on drugs. Horrible customer service. I will never go back here.
They looked over at me and continued to laugh about the fact that my gas pump was not working. I had just paid for the gas in cash 5 minutes ago by now.
My husband went in for the 3rd time inside the store, which is HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE to have to ask them to turn on the gas!
The assistant manager rudely allowed me to pump the gas I paid for, after irritatingly laughing at the fact I could not get my gas I paid for the first time.

I've been coming here for at least 7 years. This place has reduced in stocking the fridges, it's a rare occurrence there is hot coffee(not to mention if there is every any creamer), and whoever was there this morning had the worst attitude! The overnight/early morning employees are usually quite rude when asking if there's creamer, letting them know coffee isn't hot.. then they put out signs for 3 for $6.50 celcius drinks asked if it's still 2 for $4.50 and she actually said, "well they're not ringing up that way are they?" The audacity was what got me this morning to finally write a review.
