I told the people in the car before we walked in this was Literally the most ghetto 711 I've ever been in.
Did not disappoint.
The cashier (over the music he was playing) affirmed that there were no cups in the slots, and had no concern or desire to go get any.

The store is supposed to be open 24/7 and this is the third night in a row that they have completely locked up the building. I waited over 30 minutes and no one ever unlocked the door or opened the store back up.

Worst 711 by far. Terrible attitude, bad customer service, and dirty. The guy behind the counter couldn't even bother to look up when addressed. I don't know when people started getting jobs just to show up but it's getting ridiculous. I'll skip this store next time for sure

If you're going to work at a 24/7 store, you shouldn't have a 15 minute sign up on the door for an hour while people are waiting in the cold. This has happened multiple times.

I been getting harrassed for something I dident even do it’s ridiculous I went in there to get my gma a Pepsi and got screamed at and threatened and treated verry unfairly by the big dude with tatoos

Their gas pump is so slow. I gave up after it hit 5 dollars. I would have had 25 by the time that finished at any other gas station.

I don't honestly know why or what the problem is but the manager lady seems to never ever be able to keep her fountain drinks up and running. Always and I mean always out of something or the entire thing is down. It's either one or the other. She might have one or two good days and then back to normal. She is out of something. I don't really understand it either because 7-11 is known for its fountain drinks. This store is known for not having them tho. You can't blame it for being in a poor location either because there is a store less then a mile away that always has there's up and running and a bigger selection and they're never out. So maybe 7-11 needs to rethink their choice or maybe retrain how to order a truck because something is not working.

The gas pumps are ALWAYS out of order, and when they are working it takes 10 minutes to put $20 in your tank because the pumps are so slow. This has been an ongoing issue, not sure why they haven’t fixed it yet. Staff is nice, but i’m always prepared to be disappointed when i pull up to this location

Well this is the only 711 I've been to multiple times around 6pm to 7pm and there is always a note on the door this time saying (will be back) in 15 mins definitely need to get a better employee or employees

This is in my opinion the worst 711 in all of Norman even the worst in Oklahoma and I have been to A Lot of convenient stores especially 711. They are ALWAYS out of everything from fountain drinks to cigarettes to even straws and lids. I mean really? Can they ever stalk or order correctly? I go to this store every day sometimes multiple times a day. So I know when trucks come. Now the service is great I love the employees but wow so I'm not sure it's the employees due to they go through a lot of people and the problem stays the same.

What happened with me I went to this store last night & there's an area I fell! I already had a hurt Toe but when I fell it caused my ankle to twist & caused more pain on my messed up toe! I skint up my knee! & Now I'm having trouble turning my neck! What I did was I had parked at the left far end in front of the store. The store was kind of busy. As I went to step out of my vehicle there was an area I didn't know I would have to step down which caused me to fall! I had to grab my door luckily It didn't shut all the way, that's how I got up. I do recall feeling like I pulled something in my neck but my head lightly hitting the ground! I didn't get a concussion! I was told I should Sue! My only fear is someone else falling & getting hurt ...like an elderly person "OR" a child! "OR" it could be just anyone! They need to get the driveway area fixed "OR" some how fix it to where no 1 else falls! Thank goodness there was no ice on the ground! ! It's fine to where you can drive through to go to dollar store the plasma area & Taco Bell "OR" whatever place you need to go too! I do know 1 thing the worker @ 7-eleven asked if I was ok! & His coworker helped me as well over my purchase! They both seemed really helpful! Which was a big blessing after my fall! Knowing they tried to help me out I can say it made my visit there a little better even though I felt horrible falling & getting hurt!! After my bad experience outside of the store I definitely needed someone that showed compassion!! & The 1 worker asked if I was ok which is a big thing now.... it's hard to find courtesy & compassion! In anyone this day & time! So when it happens we have to hang onto it!!

This place truly deserves 0 stars. Definitely get gas here if you want them to take your money and not actually give you any gas, only for them to keep your money. Then never call you back after you've left your number numerous times, then basically be told that you were lying about the pump not working. Absolutely ridiculous.
